2 PLAN DESCRIPTION STAGPARKWAY RV DEALER PLAN DESCRIPTION: The goal of this program is to increase the number of RV Dealers selling HWH Leveling Systems and having them installed at trained HWH Installation Centers. OVERVIEW OF SALES PROCESS The RV Dealer contacts HWH Corporation to verify application and components needed for the Installed Leveling System. HWH will verify components and quote the RV Dealer the "Installed Price" for the leveling system (75% of HWH MSRP). HWH tells the RV Dealer that STAGPARKWAY will contact them to process the order. HWH faxes to STAGPARKWAY (Attention: HWH Contract Rep.) "Bill of Materials List" which includes the RV Dealership Name, RV Dealership Contact Person, RV Dealership Phone Number, HWH Part Numbers, quantities (component list) with HWH MSRP and HWH contact person. STAGPARKWAY will contact the RV Dealer to confirm sale (and pricing), issue a Contract with a Contract number and mail the Contract to the RV Dealer. The RV Dealer s cost is 75% of HWH MSRP, invoiced as follows: A) The RV Dealer s cost on the LEVELING SYSTEM (less installation labor) is 59% of HWH MSRP (to be invoiced to the RV Dealer, when the components ship to the Installation Center). B) The RV Dealer s cost of INSTALLATION LABOR is 16% of HWH MSRP (to be invoiced to the RV Dealer, after installation). The RV Dealer will sell the "Installed Leveling System" contract to the Coach Owner at a negotiated price. The RV Dealer must explain relevant Terms to the Coach Owner, specifically the refusal to install and extra charges (See #7 and the "Terms" page). CONTRACT FLOW: The RV Dealer signs the Contract, the RV Dealer keeps the GOLD copy and gives the WHITE, BLUE, PINK and YELLOW copies to the Coach Owner. 3. The RV Dealer or Coach Owner makes an appointment with the Installation Center. The RV Dealer or Coach Owner needs to state that this is a STAGPARKWAY/ HWH Contract Sale and gives the "Contract Number". 4. The Installation Center contacts STAGPARKWAY to confirm the "Contract Number" and authorizes the shipment of the Leveling System Components STAGPARKWAY ships the Leveling Systems components to the Installation Center (Freight is paid by STAGPARKWAY). The RV Dealer or Coach Owner takes the coach and the Contract to the Installation Center. 7. The Installation Center installs the Leveling System on the Coach Owner s coach. There is no charge to the Coach Owner for the "normal" installation. If the installation is not a "normal" installation, all extra charges are negotiated between the Coach Owner and the Installation Center (Refer to paragraph 4 on the "Terms" page). The Installation Center and the Coach Owner sign the Contract after the installation. The Installation Center gives the WHITE copy of the Contract to the Coach Owner. 4 THE PLAN IS SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS 1. The RV Dealer must undergo credit approval, by STAGPARKWAY, before participating in this program. 2. This plan includes installations on all RVs SPECIFICALLY listed in the HWH Leveling System Configurator Software. 3. HWH Corporation must verify all systems before a Contract will be issued and processed. This plan also includes RVs NOT specifically listed in the HWH Leveling System Configurator Software, however, these systems must also be verified by HWH Corporation. The RV Dealer purchases the Installed Leveling System contract from STAGPARKWAY. The RV Dealer s cost is 75% of HWH MSRP, invoiced as follows: A) B) The RV Dealer s cost of the LEVELING SYSTEM (less installation labor) is 59% of HWH MSRP. The RV Dealer s cost of INSTALLATION LABOR is 16% of HWH MSRP, plus any extras. (Price of extras is arranged between parties.) The price that the Coach Owner pays to the RV Dealer does NOT include exhaust work or added costs due to the coach being modified from it s original manufactured condition. These costs need to be negotiated between the Coach Owner and the Installation Center and will be charged to the Coach Owner by the Installation Center. Example: An accessory added to the coach, which blocks the mounting location of a jack. If the installation of the Leveling System is refused to the Coach Owner, the selling RV Dealer will refund the Coach Owner plus 1.5% interest per month. STAGPARKWAY will credit the selling RV Dealer the cost for the "Installed Leveling System" Contract invoiced by STAGPARKWAY plus the applicable 1.5% interest per month. The selling RV Dealer should verify that an RGA number has been issued by STAGPARKWAY before refunding any money to the Coach Owner. STAGPARKWAY will invoice HWH for any applicable interest charges.
