It is important that you read the entire manual to become familiar with this product before you begin using it. This light is designed for certain applications only. The distributor cannot be responsible for issues arising from modification. We strongly recommend this light not be modified and/or used for any application other than that for which it was designed. If you have any questions relative to a particular application, DO NOT use the light until you have first contacted the distributor to determine if it can or should be performed on the product. SAVE THESE INSTRUCTIONS IMPORTANT SAFETY CONSIDERATIONS Proper installation of this product requires the installer to have a good understanding of circuitry. Please operate your 16 warehouse barn light according to Operation Method and retain the proper operation procedures. Before attempting to install your 16 warehouse barn light, ensure power to outlet box is off for your own safety. WARNING: Connect green fixture wire to grounding screw in junction box. WARNING: Do not touch the steel parts when it is working. 4

5 Do not use any harsh abrasives, detergents or anything containing ammonia to clean your light. Bulb is not included with the light; use a standard E26 bulb only. FAILURE TO FOLLOW THESE SAFETY PRECAUTIONS AND INSTRUCTIONS COULD RESULT IN DAMAGE TO THE PRODUCT OR SERIOUS INJURY TO YOU! LIGHT USE AND CARE Do not modify the light in any way. Unauthorized modification may impair the function and/or safety and could affect the life of the product. There are specific applications for which the 16 warehouse barn light was designed. Check damaged or worn out parts before using the light. Broken parts will affect the light s operation. Replace or repair damaged or worn parts immediately. When the light is mounted in one certain way, store the other rods in case you decide to change how it is mounted in the future. ASSEMBLY 1. Disconnect power at main electrical box before installing fixture. 2. Run black, white and green wires from lamp holder (3) through shade (1), washer (4), O-ring (5), hex connector (6), connect nipple (7), gooseneck (8), back plate (9) and gasket (10). 3. Place the lamp holder (3) fixture onto the hex connector (6). Rotate the connect nipple (7) to the hex connector (6). Rotate gooseneck(8) to the other end of connect nipple(7). Seat other end of gooseneck into the back plate (9). Then rotating set screws(15) in back plate to fix the gooseneck(8)in place. Note: wrap each of the threads with PTFE Thread seal tape (20). 4. Attach the black fixture wire to the black supply wire and the white fixture wire to white supply wire, using wire nuts (21) provided. 5. Connect green fixture wire to grounding screw in the junction box. 6. Attach the back plate(9)and gasket (10) to junction box by #8-32 screws(16).(you can also use tapping screws(17) and wall plugs(18)for fixing.) Extra instructions for gooseneck with knuckle mount: 1. Disconnect power at main electrical box before installing fixture. 2. Run black, white and green wires from lamp holder (3) through shade (1), washer (4), O-ring (5), hex connector (6), knuckle (11), gooseneck (8), back plate (9) and gasket (10). Note: Before cross the wire, foist the Cotton varnished sleeve (19) into the knuckle to protect the wire. Refer the figure for wires through knuckle. 3. Place the lamp holder (3) fixture onto the hex connector (6). Rotate the knuckle (11) to the hex connector (6). Rotate gooseneck(8) to the other end of knuckle(11). Seat other end of gooseneck into the back plate (9). Then rotating set screws(15) in back plate to fix the gooseneck(8) in place. Note: wrap each of the threads with PTFE Thread seal tape (20). 4. Adjust the shade to appropriate Angle by knuckle,then tightening screw on the knuckle. 5. Attach the ballast black wire to the supply black wire and the ballast white wire to supply white wire, using wire nuts (21) provided. 5

6 6. Connect green fixture wire to grounding screw in the junction box. 7. Attach the back plate(9)and gasket (10) to junction box by #8-32 screws(16).(you can also use tapping screws(17) and wall plugs(18) for fixing.) Refer to the mounting sketch below, choose different parts for assembly, you can get different lights. 6

8 OPERATION Make sure to shut down the power supply. Remove the cage (2) and mount a standard E26 bulb into the light. Then mount the cage. Turn on the power supply. Refer to the chart below for acceptable bulb types: Watts Bulb Type 100 Watts Max. A19 Lamp, E26 Base 200 Watts Max. A21 Lamp, E26 Base MAINTENANCE Maintain your 16 warehouse barn light. It is recommended that the general condition of any 16 warehouse barn light be examined before it is used.
