(Ultramedic III Box Pan Door Design only) CHANGE ORDER #4 REF: Credit for cab recess. MODULE ENTRANCE DOORS Non-remote power door locks for patient entrance doors. Doors to lock/unlock manually with switch at each patient entrance door or cab door lock switches. Includes hidden license frame switch for unlock function only SIDE DOOR STEP 3. WINDOWS Stainless steel on lower portion of standard module entrance doors. NOTE: Stainless steel will not extend under the interior door latch access panel, it will stop below the panel. Scorpion Liner on "Full Depth" Step area of Side Entry Step well - Delete the Grip Strut insert and spray the step area of the side entry step well with Scorpion liner material. The step will be sweep out aluminum pan with Scorpion sprayed on. Add grip to Scorpion spray to increase texture and grip ability. Fixed Reflective Bronze Window, Over the Squad Bench - Reflective bronze window that is approximately 14"Hx33.5"L will be installed on the curbside wall above the squad bench. NOTE: This is not an applied film. The reflective bronze is laminated within the glass. Windows, Sliding Side and Fixed Rear Reflective Bronze Tinted one way privacy windows installed in the side and rear entry doors, in lieu of the standard glass. NOTE: This is not an applied film. The reflective bronze is laminated within the glass. Make sure windows are "new" style. BUMPER AND REAR STEP CONSTRUCTION Cast Products Bumper Pods - Mounted on the outboard rear bumper frame members. The CPI cast aluminum pod shall include a RR Logo embossed in the cast pattern on the step tread INSULATION SPECIAL - B STYLE Flip up recessing rear bumper step, 9 inch wide. Includes reinforced bottom. (OPTION): Same as bumper on Show unit A. Reflective Barrier - Low-E Foil Wrapped Insulation System - The module walls shall be insulated with high density 1" block foam and then the entire interior of the modular unit shall be wrapped with 1/4" Low-E foil wrapped radiant barrier foam style insulation. This radiant barrier material will cover the following: 1. Full ceiling and wrapping over the corner radius and down the sidewall 2. Full side, front and rear walls from the top of the wall to the lowest possible point along the side, front and rear walls 3. Seams to be taped with silver / foil ducting tape to secure seams 4. Decreases height of upper streetside cabinets by 1/4 inch. B. Barymat sound deadening insulation over wheelwells and exposed compartment walls. C. Spray foam underbody insulation prior to undercoat application, full subfloor coverage. Wall panels to be

White Scotchlite - STANDARD SPLASH GUARDS AND RUNNING BOARDS Cab running boards with 7" grip strut welded on the bottom side of the ADP horizontal surface. This option adds the 7" grip strut to the standard ADP running boards on the Ultramedic III model only. EXTERIOR COMPARTMENT CONSTRUCTION Scorpion Exterior Compartment Finish to be Medium Gray. (Standard) All exterior compartment door backs to have x 5/8 in. Torx T/F screws with epoxy patch. EXTERIOR COMPARTMENT SHELVING Special - All Shelves to be Aluminum Diamond Plate "Standard". #1 COMPARTMENT Adjustable Diamond Plate Shelf #1 Compartment, Forward of Vertical Divider - Adjustable removable aluminum shelf for #1 exterior compartment. Shelf to be installed forward of divider. Includes adding Unistrut and an additional compartment light. Additional light to be installed on deadspace access panel. Includes quick disconnects on light wires for panel removal. SPECIAL: Compartment must have 21" clear depth to accommodate a Striker 6250 stair chair forward of the compartment divider. Install fixed shelf at floor level in #1 compartment and reduce the depth of the Left Stack by one inch. CHANGE ORDER #2 REF: Disreguard the fixed shelf in the #1 compartment at the floorline. Below floorline is deep enough to accomodate a stairchair. CHANGE ORDER #3 REF: SPECIAL: Relocate the shelf in the #1 compartment to aft of the divider. #2 COMPARTMENT Adjustable Diamond Plate Shelf #2 Compartment - Adjustable diamond plate shelf for #2 exterior compartment. Diamond Side Out. Includes adding Unistrut and (1) additional compartment light. Includes moving fixed divider, shelf, louvers and viewing window to #6 compartment. Adjustable divider relocated to #1 compartment. (Promedic and Ultramedic Only) FLOORING GRAB RAIL PLASMA HANGER "NO" Anodized Inside Corner Floor Trim Application: Seams at perpendicular floor and cabinet intersections will be sealed with a Sikaflex sealant/adhesive ILOS trim. Lonfloor, Loncoin and Lonplate floors are commercial grade anti-skid materials. Lonseal flooring color choice as specified by the customer: Loncoin Flecks UV Sapphire 152UV A 20 gauge #304 stainless steel threshold with anti skid tape will be installed at curbside entry door. Threshold to be installed with Sikaflex to provide a permanent, full perimeter seal. NOTE: Top side of stainless threshold to be 4" wide, no wider. Delete the Standard Grab Rail Over the Primary Cot - Install (2) 48" grab rails in the standard position. Leave enough space between for mounting an O2 outlet. Ref: #4873 and see (2) additional plasma hangers #IV2008-1, dual rubber with stabilizer. (2 Std, 2 Additional). (2) Over cot and (2) over squad bench. LEFT STACK AREA # Change standard left stack to a 45 degree angle. Includes (1) solid aluminum/formica door with non locking lever latch bottom and single hinged Plexiglass door top Upper Bulkhead Cabinet, Double Doors - Install double hinged doors with single locking lever latch on the standard upper bulkhead cabinet. ACTION WALL AREA # A STYLE Upper left #2 cabinets. Action wall face plate for switch panel to be located under rearward section of cabinet. Forward cabinet to be full height with (1) adjustable shelf. (STANDARD) Action Wall, Single Piece Stainless Steel - Front to Rear Application: The entire action area wall shall be finished with full height, one piece stainless steel installed from the front of the forward action area to the rear of the rear action shelf aft of the CPR seat. Action wall is to be one integral part with no exposed fasteners. Avonite Application: Standard countertop for forward action area and monitor shelf aft fo CPR seat. SQUAD BENCH AREA Squad Bench Overhead Installation: 12"H x 72"L x 12"D cabinet mounted at ceiling level over the squad bench BIOHAZARD ATTENDANT SEAT INTERIOR COLORS Add hinged restocking feature with pneumatic hold-opens to Overhead Squad Bench Cabinet. Combination waste and sharps storage on removable "A" bar arm rest/patient restraint at head of squad bench. (STANDARD on all Modulars). EVS vacuum formed, swiveling child/attendant seat mounted on an EVS185 swivel base. Seat installed further inboard than the standard attendant seat due to the swivel capability. Includes deletion of standard attendant seat and pedestal. EVS seat to be Cobalt MV104 Special - Laminate color choices. NOTE: Laminate color choice must be provided by the dealer. Folkstone Celeste Sparkle All seat cushions and back rest to be vacuum formed and all lower band cushions to be vacuum formed secured with Velcro. Includes Squad bench seats, squad bench back rest, CPR seat, CPR backrest and hip cushions. NOTE: Upper band cushions will not be vacuum formed. Includes chrome flanges for 900 Super LED. FLASHERS - REAR Rear module upper corner flashers shall be Whelen 900 Series Super LED with NO internal flashers. The lights will be controlled by an external flasher. The 900 Series warning lights on the upper rear of the module shall be installed with chrome flanges. (2) Flanges REAR WINDOW FLASHERS (2) Whelen 900 series Super LED warning lights with internal flashers to show though the lower portion of the rear door windows CHANGE ORDER #7 ADDITION: The 900 Series Super LED warning lights for the rear windows shall be installed with chrome flanges. GRILLE LIGHTS Grille lights shall be Whelen 700 Series Super LED with Internal Flashers. INTERSECTION LIGHTS - CAB Intersection lights on the front fenders shall be Whelen 700 Series Super LEDs with internal flashers. INTERSECTION LIGHTS - MODULE Intersection lights above the rear wheel wells. Whelen 700 Series Super LEDs with internal flashers. 7

EXTERIOR AUTOMOTIVE LIGHTING Rear flashers wired to brake lights. - Rear Red flashers in upper corners of module wired to OEM brake lights and isolated from brake operations when Emergency lights are on. NOTE: Brake lights they will flash as they are programmed when brakes are applied Model 600 LED Amber populated arrow turn signal lamps with chrome flanges mounted upper front of module. Rear brake/tail/turn - Whelen 600 Series LED brake(max population)/tail and amber arrow turn signal lamps on the rear of the module in lieu of standard. NOTE: Brake/ tail lights exceed SAE requirements. Marker lights, TruckLite 3/4" grommet mount LED in lieu of standard incandescent - Install (5) Red accross rear (2) Red rear sides and (2) Amber front sides. Includes (4) Red at rear beltline. FLOOD AND LOADING SYSTEMS Add chrome flanges to Whelen scene lights. (4) Flanges MODULE INTERIOR LIGHTING (1) 2 Inch diameter Whelen Level 3, LED light mounted in the curbside entry door stepwell to automatically light when the side entry door is opened. EXTERNAL 110VAC SHORE POWER AMP/120 VAC Kussmaul Super Auto-Eject shoreline inlet in lieu of standard 15 amp shore. Includes 20 amp GFI circuit breaker combo in lieu of standard 15 amp.
