Its big brother AXIS M 30.2 provides impressive power with a load capacity of 3200 kg and a working width range from 12 to 42 m. The special characteristics of the AXIS M 50.2 top model are a working width ranging from 18 to 50 m, max. load capacity of 4200 kg and a Cat. III/IV three-point geometry especially for large tractors. Combined with the exclusive RAUCH 100 Hz weighing technology, the AXIS 20.2 W, 30.2 W, 50.2 W models provide even more precision and easier operation. Optionally, AXIS M 50.2 W can be supplied with ultra-modern, future-proof ISOBUS technology.

4 AXIS M Functionality meets elegance It has never been so easy to adjust a two-disc fertiliser spreader. All functions can be adjusted in an ergonomically ideal position quickly and safely with the CDA adjustment centre. In addition, the remote-controlled, electrical fertiliser drop point and metering slide adjustment facilitates switching between 4 sections on each side (see VariSpread page 7 and 8). Fertiliser chart app All required setting values for fertilisers, slug pellets and fine seeds are listed clearly in the online fertiliser chart and the fertiliser chart apps for Android and IOS smartphones. 5

6 AXIS W 100 Hz weighing technology Automation, innovation, precision Weighing frame with two weigh cells QUANTRON-E2 with VariSpread V4 Weighing technology in perfection In combination with the RAUCH weighing system, QUANTRON-E2 checks the application rate 100 times per second during travel. Spreading errors due to varying flow characteristics of the spreading material or changes in forward speed are detected immediately and corrected automatically once per second. Small distance from centre of gravity While spreading, the smart electronics record all data automatically and ensure error-free documentation. The current remaining quantity is displayed at all times. On extreme slopes, the system simply switches to hillside spreading mode. For AXIS-M 20.2 W and 30.2 W the small distance from the centre of gravity and the extremely low intrinsic weight allow the use of tractors in the lower performance range without any problems. The future on board Due to their RS 232 serial interface, the AXIS weighing spreaders are ideally prepared for current applications in area-specific crop production as well as for the use of the RAUCH GPS Control to automatically open and close the metering slides at the ideal time in headlands. The off-the-shelf USB interface provides elegant data exchange between the QUANTRON-E2 and a PC or the Internet. Optionally, AXIS M 50.2 W weighing spreaders can be supplied with ultra-modern, future-proof ISOBUS technology. 6 2

7 VariSpread VariSpread Precise and variable in wedge-shaped fields With VariSpread, the driver can adjust spreading width and spreading volume quickly and easily by pushing a button during operation in wedge-shaped field or if border lines vary. VariSpread V4: AXIS M 20.2/30.2 with QUANTRON-A/-E2 and manual CDA drop point adjustment are equipped with VariSpread V4 4-fold section control as a standard. By remote metering slide position adjustment, two sections can be achieved on each side. VariSpread V8: AXIS M 50.2 W with QUANTRON-E2 is equipped with the automatic CDA drop point adjustment. By remote metering slide and drop point adjustment, four sections can be achieved on each side. VariSpread dynamic: In contrast to conventional section control systems, VariSpread dynamic provides fully automatic working width and application rate adjustment in a fluent process. Thanks to particularly quick actuators for drop point adjustment, VariSpread dynamic enables almost stepless spreading of wedge-shaped fields. Additionally, the outer spreading ranges can be applied separately. This means that fertiliser can be spread precisely even in problematic areas of wedge-shaped headlands. QUANTRON-A with VariSpread V4 N-sensor connection Serial interface for precision farming QUANTRON-A regulates the open position of the metering slides and thus the flow rate depending on the forward speed and the specified application rate. At varying forward speeds, the preselected application rate remains equal at all times. QUANTRON-A stands out due to its large, clearly arranged display and logical menu navigation. RAUCH QUANTRON-Guide, including the Egnos GPS antenna, can be combined with all RAUCH QUANTRON-A/-E2 displays. Unique in spreading technology, the QUANTRON-Guide s innovative OptiPoint control opens and shuts the metering slide at the ideal distance to the field boundary at all time. On field edges, the QUANTRON-Guide controls the 4 sections on the left and right at the ideal moment. With AXIS M 50.2 W V8, 8 sections can be switched automatically. The result: Maximum ease of operation, high spreading precision in sensitive edges and headland areas and higher efficiency by using precise parallel tracking QUANTRON-Guide can be modified to a full-value ISOBUS universal terminal with the optional software applications UT (universal terminal), TC (task controller), SC (section controller) and Field-Nav. Alternatively, GPS terminals by Teejet (Matrix 570 G), Müller Track Guide II or Trimble (CFX 750) can be used in combination with QUANTRON-A/-E2. Using the Shape or ISOXML application cards, QUANTRON-Guide in combination with the VRC Müller app can spread in a section-specific manner. 11 High-Speed-Spreading 20 km/h 16 km/h 12 km/h Driving at the limit without hitting the boundaries. AXIS M has been consistently designed for speed with high spreading precision. With AXIS M, the smallest application rates starting from 3 kg/ha as well as the largest application rates can be precisely spread without affecting the forward speed and working width. The long and wide CDA slide opening at the disc centre and the gentle high-tech fertiliser transfer to the spreading vanes permit impressive working speeds of up to 25 km/h without losing any precision. Even under extreme conditions such as working widths of 24 m at forward speeds of 25 km/h, AXIS M still allows remarkable application rates of 500 kg/ha in NPK spreading. With its high-speed spreading function, AXIS offers previously untapped potential for efficient cost reduction and increased power in fertiliser application. Granusafe: Grain by grain precision The innovative Granusafe system protects the fertiliser, guaranteeing the gentle and precise transfer of sensitive granulates from the hopper to the field via the spreading vanes. Thanks to the harmonic configuration of: - the agitators slowly rotating at just 17 rpm with integrated overload protection - the optimum spreading disc speed of 900 rpm - the flow-optimized slide openings located near the centre - the brush-shaped turbulence stoppers - and the aerodynamic Airfins on the spreading discs, grinding effects, the formation of broken or crushed grains and air turbulences in the sensitive spreading zone are reduced to a minimum. The result: precise spreading patterns and thus optimum nutrient supply to crops. 11

12 Optional equipment Increased functionality by tailor-made solutions TELIMAT T25/T50 with two functions for fine adjustment and position indicator TELIMAT T25/T50 allows precise full and limited border spreading from the first tramline without loss. TELIMAT is folded in front of the spreader disc by remote control with single-acting hydraulic controls. TELIMAT can be reliably monitored using a well-readable mechanical position indicator. The GSE 30/60 border spreading unit for AXIS M 20.2/30.2 and AXIS M 50.2 enables precise spreading directly at the field border. If required, the simple manual operation can also be performed with double-acting hydraulic controls. TELIMAT T25/T50 and GSE 30/60 meet European environmental standards. TELIMAT 50 with electrical control The elaborate LED lighting system with dust and spray guards and high-visibility reflective warning panels ensures on-road safety even at poor visibility or when the machine is very dirty. The large ASR 25 parking rollers allow more flexibility for mounting and dismounting the spreader. A quick-release coupling system allows the rollers to be easily removed or mounted in the transport position at any time. The high-quality UV-stabilised hopper covers ensure problemfree spreading even in adverse weather conditions. The generously overlapping cover edges protect the expensive fertiliser even on long journeys. The entire load area is available at all times in the event of overload. GSE 30/60 limited border spreading unit One of the typical RAUCH features is the two large inspection windows on the hopper cover for the easy checking of the filling level. 12

14 Optional equipment Experience is good having control is better Standard calibration test system The European environmental standard concerning fertiliser spreaders requires that these are fitted with calibration test devices and hopper purging facilities. Since fertilisers vary enormously, only the calibration test provides the security you need. PPS 5 practice test kit (Optional equipment) On AXIS, the calibration test device is perfectly integrated into the machine. An ingenious quick-release coupling allows the spreader disc to be removed without any tools. This creates adequate space for fertiliser collection: Simple for calibration, quick and convenient for hopper purging. The RAUCH PPS 5 practice test kit permits cross-distribution to be checked and corrected quickly and easily in the field. This provides even more safety and accuracy during spreading, particularly with fertilisers of reduced quality, problematic discharge properties or unknown origin. Adjustments can be made amazingly fast and reliably thanks to the easy-to-understand AXIS-CDA setting logic.
