4 Fanex 463(S)-523(T)-643 Compact and low maintenance Compact, low maintenance drive The rotors of the Fanex 463, 523 and 643 are driven by a compact, low maintenance gearbox with only one grease nipple. The cast gearbox and the large rotor plades with a diameter of no less than 500 mm guarantee a stable, smooth drive. The Fanex 463, 523 and 643 come as standard with a central adjustment facility which moves the machine to the desired angled position when clearing crop along field boundaries.

7 The vibration damper of completely new design fulfils three vital requirements: Excellent running characteristics as a result of the extremely distant linkage points - no risk of hunting. Low-positioned linkage on the headstock for a more effective damping action during transport. No risk of the tedder running under the tractor on downhill work, excellent tedding at any time through constant tine distance from the ground. Exceptionally strong design: the central unit The central unit is of particularly sophisticated design: an additional cross carrier and the exceptionally generous linkage zone of the outer rotors permit a transport speed of up to 50 km/h with no risk of damage. They are all standard fitted with a pivoting headstock, ensuring stable and reliable performance. The detail makes the difference The original Super-C tines of the Vicon Fanex tedders are made of shot-speened spring steel. Spring coils 20% larger than conventional designs considerably increase their service life.

10 Fanex 903 High capacity With 8 rotors, 54 tines and a working width of 9 m the Fanex 903 is setting a new standard for cost effective tedding. For border tedding the machine is swung at the correct angle to ensure that no crop is lost. Fanex 903 Inspite a 9 m working width the machine is compact in transport. The tedder can be supplied with a transport carrier, thus allowing to operate the machine in combination with low horse power tractors.

The 8 rotors with 7 tine arms each can neatly handle 4 swaths of a 3 m mower. With its large gears, its sturdy impact resistant bearings and oil bath drive it doesn t need lubrication. This easy to use machine is operated fully hydraulically.
