2 Kverneland NG-M 101 F20 High output with high class technology and light weight The new Kverneland foldable power harrow NG-M 101 F20 is the ideal implement for mid class tractors up to 200hp. During the development process special emphasis has been given to reliability, performance and a strong trough design. Nonetheless the NG-M 101 F20 stands out for its light weight. The F20 power harrow is available in working widths of 4.0 and 5.0m. The NG-M 101 F20 has the same trough design as used on the rigid NG-M 101 models and is equipped with the same robust conical bearings. This together with a heavy-duty headstock and robust transmission system ensures years of effective and trouble free operation. The new advanced parallelogram hydraulic depth control system guarantees ideal seedbed preparation performance. Like all other Kverneland power harrows the NG-M 101 F20 can be fitted with Quick-Fit tines which can be replaced quickly without tools. For optimum performance the trough design provides a great clearance between the tine holder and trough bottom. This allows residues to pass freely without blocking. The NG-M 101 F20 can be combined with a choice of rear rollers: cage roller, packer roller, flexline and cracker roller.

3 Parallelogram guided side deflectors With its unique parallel guided linkage, the side deflector can move up and down, following ground contours. If stones are trapped between deflector and outer rotor, the deflector can open via coil spring overload protection. Parallel hydraulic depth adjustment The working depth is adjusted by clips and a hydraulic ram from the tractor seat. A parallelogram linkage ensures that the power harrow is always in a horizontal position to the roller. Therefore, the packer roller scraper bar position is always at a fixed height to the ground, independent from the working depth. Driveline A central mono-speed gearbox and a lateral change gearbox ensure together with 1800Nm automatic clutches in the lateral pto-shafts, a robust driveline up to 200 hp tractors. Standard rotor speed setting is 327 rpm (23/34) at 1000rpm. Optional gears available: 282 rpm (21/36) and 351 (24/33). Levelling bar The levelling bar is fixed to the packer roller beam. Thus it is always positioned at the correct height; no adjustment is needed when the working depth is changed. The position of the bar is fixed by pins and the height can be changed by spindle adjustment. A coil spring prevents overload. Helical tine positioning The tines are arranged at varying angle positions in order to prevent damage and ensure even levelling. The helical tine positioning also reduces peak loads on the driveline and results in smoother running and less fuel consumption. Heavy duty trough construction The proven trough design is taken from the rigid NG-M 101. The 120 x 400mm trough is made from a 5mm profiled steel plate. The 10mm bottom plate is precisely positioning the rotors. In combination with vertical ribs at each rotor, this gives a light but strong and bending resistant trough. The NG-M 101 F20 is equipped with bolt on tines, Quick Fit Tines are available as an option. 30mm gears conical bearings, 47mm distance shaft diameter 40/45mm (upper/lower bearing) 2 standard shaft seals, dirt protection and oil sealing vertical rib 10mm bottom plate single piece shaft and tine carrier bolt on tines or Quick- Fit holder
