3 A. 1/4" x 21/4" Carriage Bolts A. Attach the seat to the back using 1-1/4" x 31/2" Carriage Bolt and Flange Nuts. Attach the arm assembly to the Seat and Back using 2-1/4" x 31/2" and 1-1/4" x 21/4" Carriage Bolts and Flange Nuts. 1/4" x 21/4" Carriage Bolts FM - 43 A. Turn chair on other side and repeat step one. 1/4" Flange Nut Aluminum Frame Fiberglass Springs Aluminum Plate 5 16" x 11/4" Machine Bolt Fasten the 3- fiberglass springs and aluminum plates to the frame with the springs pointing towards the front of the chair. Please note: Only hand tighten the Flange Nuts until all six bolts are installed, then fully tighten. Fiberglass Springs STEP #4 - Aluminum Plate Fasten the swivel mechanism to the springs with an aluminum plate on top of the springs. Please note: Only hand tighten the Flange Nuts until all six bolts are installed, then fully tighten. 5 16" x 11/4" Machine Bolt Swivel Mechanism Lock Washer Square Nut STEP #5 - Lift the chair assembly onto the base and place the stem of the swivel mechanism into the receiver of the base. Push firmly on the chair until it sits securely in the receiver. Your Swivel Rocker Dining Chair is complete!

5 FM - 73 Cross Support Footrest First assemble both Bases and Long Cross Supports using. Please note: There are two outside Bases and two center Bases. The two center Bases have extra mortises for the Umbrella Holder and Short Cross Supports (see Step #3). 1/4" x 2" Carriage Bolts Attach the first Base Assembly to the aluminum frame of the Top using 8-1/4" x 2" Carriage Bolts. Attach the two Short Cross Supports and the Umbrella Holder to the Base using. Umbrella Knobs STEP #4 - First attach the second Base Assembly to the aluminum Frame of the Top using 8-1/4" x 2" Carriage Bolts. Second fasten the Base Assembly to the Short Cross Pieces and Umbrella Holder using. 1/4" x 2" Carriage Bolts STEP #5 - Last, attach the Braces to the Top and the Base using 11/2" Screws. Caution: Do not overtighten the Screws into the Top! 11/2" Screws (circled)
