It converts an electrical input signal into a proptional pressure output signal and is used f all valves of the type WRZ... and WRZ... he proptional solenoids are controllable, wet-pin DC solenoids with a central thread and a detachable coil. he solenoids are controlled by external electronics (type.wrz...). Set-up: he valve basically consists of: Housing () Control spool () with pressure measuring spool ( and ) Solenoids ( and 6) with central threads Function: he pressure in is set by means of the proptional solenoids. he amount of the pressure depends on the current. With de-energized solenoids (, 6), the control spool () is held in the central position by means of the pressure springs (8). ts and are connected with so that the hydraulic fluid can flow to the tank without obstructions. y energizing a proptional solenoid, e.g. solenoid "a" (), the pressure measuring spool () and with it the control spool () are moved to the right. his opens the connection from to and to via ifice-type cross-sections with progressive flow characteristic. Valves of type WRZ... are pilot operated -way directional valves that are actuated by proptional solenoids. hey control the flow direction and size. Valves of type WRZ... are equipped with an additional pt "R" (only size ). Set-up: he valve basically consists of: ilot control valve (9) with proptional solenoids ( and 6) Main valve () with main control spool () and centering spring () Notice! Due to the design principle, internal leakage is inherent to the valves, which may increase over the life cycle. Function: With de-energized solenoids (, 6), the main control spool () is held in the central position by means of the centering spring (). he main control spool () is controlled by the pilot control valve (9); the main control spool is proptionally moved, e.g. by actuating solenoid "b" (6). he control spool () is moved to the right, pilot oil enters the pressure chamber () via the pilot control valve (9) and deflects the main control spool () accding to the electric input signal. his opens the connection from to and to via ifice-type cross-sections with progressive flow characteristic. ilot oil is internally supplied to the pilot control valve via pt externally via pt X. Switching the solenoid off (6) he control spool () and main control spool () are moved back into the central position.
