3 Bearing Installation Use enough Loctite to cover surface until wet Install bearing in DS and shock pin bearing pockets using a press 13 Apply Loctite 609 or equivalent to rear traingle bearing pockets 14 coat the bearing pocket 15 Use enough Loctite to cover surface until wet 16 Install bearings in both sides using a press

4 Link Installation 17 Do not put loctite on bolt threads 18 Use Loctite 243 or equivalent on threads in front triangle (both sides) 19 coat threads 20 Install lower link DS Bolt and torque to 35Nm 21 Use a toothpick to spread Loctite 609 in NDS bearing pockets. 22 Install lower link with arrow on NDS facing forward and torque to 35Nm

5 Link Installation 23 Check motion of link to ensure free movement 24 Apply Loctite 243 or equivalent to upper mount threads (both sides) 25 coat threads 26 Install bolt in DS and torque to 35Nm 27 Apply Loctite 609 or equivalent to NDS bearing pocket 28 Using a toothpick, spread the Loctite to coat the bearing pocket

6 Link Installation 29 Install NDS bearing and bolt 30 Torque NDS bolt to 35Nm 31 Clean any excess Loctite off of the frame and link 32 Check motion of link to ensure free movement

7 Rear Traingle-Lower Link Installation 33 Use Loctite 243 or equivalent on rear triangle threads 34 coat threads 35 Install lower link DS bolt and torque to 35Nm 36 Apply Loctite 609 or equivalent to NDS bearing pocket 37 Use a toothpick to spread Loctite 609 in NDS bearing pockets. 38 Install NDS bearing and bolt and torque bolt to 35Nm

8 Shock Installation 39 SHOCK PIN, BOLT, AND SPACERS 40 Lay a piece of foam or a shop rag across the DT to protect it from the shock 41 Apply grease to the shock shaft eyelet 42 Apply grease to the outside of the shock pin 43 Insert the pin in the NDS bearing and pass through the NDS spacer and shock 44 Install the pin with the DS spacer. Clean any grease from the pin threads

9 Shock Installation 45 Apply Loctite 243 or equivalent to shock pin bolt threads 46 Install shock pin bolt on DS of upper link and torque to 13Nm 47 Check motion of link to ensure free movement 48 Apply Loctite 243 or equivalent to the upper link (both sides) 49 coat the threads 50 Apply grease to the threads of the front shock bolt

10 Shock Installation 51 Install front shock bolt and torque to 13Nm 52 Install rear triangle bolts to the upper link and torque to 35Nm 53 Wipe the upper link to clean off any Loctite 54 The frame is now assembled with the shock
