The improved heat conductivity prevents the gate caking during the filling and holding process, thus quality of the dimension is improved.

This allows to stabilize the temperature of nozzle as well as to insulate the heat between manifold, nozzle flange and plates. The heat loss from cavity plate is minimized at high temperature.

Application nozzle system is designed for large to middle size applications using engineering plastic, such as automotive engine inner parts, ventilation parts, door module, panel, etc.

The improved heat conductivity prevents the gate caking during the filling and holding process, thus quality of the dimension is improved. A unique union for nozzle tip is designed to prevent from heat loss to mold, thus the temperature of core plate is stable. The patent pending insulation flange bush is used for system. This allows to stabilize the temperature of nozzle as well as to insulate the heat between manifold, nozzle flange and plates. The heat loss from cavity plate is minimized at high temperature. All components are heat treated and specially coated, thus they are reliable even with % glass filled material.
