Install drier mounting bracket onto condenser using (4) 0-4 x 3/8" pan head screws and (4) 0-4 nuts with star washers as shown in Figure, below. 5 Top Mounting Bracket Installation. Install top mounting bracket onto condenser using ()0-4 x 3/8" pan head screws and () 0-4 nuts with star washers as shown in Figure, below. NOTE: Bracket mounts through the 6th and 4th holes from the left side of the condenser. () 0-4 Nuts with Star Washers 6th & 4th Holes (From Left) () 0-4 x 3/8" Pan Head Screws Figure Drier Installation. Install drier clamps onto drier as shown. Using () #0 x / sheet metal screws, install drier onto bracket in the 3rd and 5th holes from the bottom as shown in Figure 3, below. 6 Hardline & Lower Mounting Bracket Installation.. Lubricate () #6 O-rings (See Figure 4a, below) and install the #6 drier/condenser hardline as shown in Figure 4, below. Tighten fittings as shown in Figure 4a, below. Using (4) 0-4 x 3/8" pan head screws with (4) 0-4 nuts with star washers, install the () lower condenser mounting brackets as shown in Figure 4, below. #6 O-ring th & 4th Holes (From Left) 5th & 7th Holes (From Left) Figure 4 #6 O-ring #8 O-ring #0 O-ring O-ring #6 O-ring (4) 0-4 X 3/8" Pan Head Screws #6 Condenser Hardline VCG Male Insert Supplied Oil for O-rings NOTE: Standard torque specifications: #6: to 3 ft-lb. #8: 5 to 0 ft-lb. #0: to 7 ft-lb. 7 .. 3. Condenser Installation Lower condenser between the front side of the core support and the front header as shown in Figure 6, below. NOTE: The top mounting bracket goes on the front of the core support. Secure the bottom driver side of the condenser to the core support using a 5/6-8 x /" hex bolt, flat washer, lock washer and 5/6" hex nut as shown in Figure 7, below. Secure the bottom passenger side of the condenser to the core support using OEM bolt as shown in Figure 7, below. 8 . Reinstall hood latch assembly using OEM bolts as shown in Figure 8, below. Hood Latch Assembly (Cont.) () OEM Bolts Figure 8 Hardline Installation (Cont.). Lubricate a #6 O-ring (See Figure 4a, Page 6) and install the #6 drier/core hardline as shown in Figure 9, below. Tighten fittings as shown in Figure 4a, Page 6.. Lubricate a #8 O-ring (See Figure 4a, Page 6) and install the #8 condenser hardline as shown in Figure 9, below. 9 Hardline Bracket Installation. Install hardline bracket on inside fender wall using /4" flat washer and /4-0 x 3/4" hex bolt as shown in Figure 0, below.
