Approved for old and new gantries. The EuroBiSens fulfills all requirements of the overfill protection in accordance with VOC-Directive 9/63 EG. The setting of the pneum. sensor has to be earlier than the optical sensor, so the gantry never stops the loading. 5 EUROBISENS PE HP 2-HE Setting Instructions for optical VOC Sensor Trigger level adjustment by up to 2 mm. Undo cap screws (13), (-mm a/f), remove lid (3) and loosen ub screw (9), (2.-mm a/f). The trigger level can now be adjusted by up to 2 mm by sliding the sensor in the mounting flange in new position. Trigger level adjustment by up to 20 mm. Disconnect all electrical wires from sensor and pull out. Hold tube (1) firmly and unscrew Sensor Unit Tip A (2) anti clock wise (17-mm a/f). Shorten tube at the opposite end of the thread to suit, de-burr and clean thoroughly. Before re-asseming the Sensor Unit Tip A (2) check o-ring () for damage and replace if necessary. If required, shorten wires. Refit the sensor into the mounting flange, taking care, not to damage the o-ring (11). Lock sensor in position with ub screw (9). Re-connect the electrical wires according to diaam. Fit lid (3) and fasten with cap screws (13) Setting Instructions for pneumatic Sensor. Trigger level adjustment by up to 0 mm. Undo cap screws (13) (-mm a/f) and remove lid (17). Loosen lock nuts (2x a/f) on the adjustment spindle inside the lid. Adjust nut with spring washer. One turn corresponds to approximately: 9 mm for water 11 mm for diesel fuel 12 mm for carburetor fuel. Anti-clockwise rotation moves trigger level upwards. Clock-wise rotation moves trigger level downwards. After adjustment tighten up lock nut, fit lid (17) and fasten with cap screws (13). Trigger level adjustment by up to 20 mm. Loosen nut () (27-mm a/f) and pull out tube (). Shorten tube () at the opposite end of the nut to suit, de-burr and clean thoroughly. Refit tube () and tighten nut (). Please note: The sensor will only work correctly, if the tube has been fitted air tight to the level switch.
