2 System Description Two main use cases for electronic tests: Power supply to the vehicles during assembly process Battery support during end-of-line diagnosis / flash programming. 10 Detection of end position The cable should be re-winded at the end-of the line. Possible solutions: Optical detection with reflector bandage on cable end-stop With detector on the carrier at funnel With stationary detector beside the conveyor line Limit switch integrated in slip ring The limit switch is activated when the cable is retracted 12 Recommendation: Limit switch integrated in slip ring for maximum safety of operation
