Scheduling Changes 1. Remove MOHAVE69 2. Add IPPUTAH Remove the MOHAVE69 scheduling and tie point (see Transmission Projects, under SCE #2). All market resources at MOHAVE69 will be removed when the model is deployed. Add new scheduling point IPPUTAH between Mona, Gonder and IPP.
