ALUMINUM LINES: HALU 20-40 / HALU 40-80 / HALU 65-140 The Advantages of Enameling Aluminum Wires sizes <0.6mm, with an Openable Oven are remarkable. The main difficulties Aluminum fine wires are focused on the stringing up operation which are impossible at high Temperatures (>650 C). Our System allows the operator to string up the line without the oven. When the stringing up is finished, by pushing a simple button, the oven moves on the wire and the process starts immediately. Temperatures in the oven are guaranteed by a sealing system, are kept constant even when the oven is retracted, so that it is immediately ready to start when moved to the working position. Working with High temperatures and with aluminum wires, when the wire break, sticks on the hot chamber surface create big difficulties in the oven cleaning operation. OUR OVEN BEING OPENABLE, IT IS VERY EASY TO CLEAN.

Company presentation Newtech is a company incorporated in 2003, active in the field of wires insulation. Its partners and the majority of employees are coming from major firms in the same line of business. The present owners, when creating a new firm, were aiming to join the experience gained in their previous positions with a fresh start, featuring a lean structure supported by a strong network of information technology, a scientific approach to design and a strong will to succeed. In a short period of time, Newtech has developed a remarkable number of equipments for insulation of copper and aluminum conductors and a line of machines for the insulation of copper conductors with fiber glass. The after sales department is made of engineers with solid experience in machine commissioning and insulating technology, most of them coming from magnet wire plants. Our aim is to become a partner of our customer, building long term relationship based on prompt assistance when the need arise. Newtech philosophy is based on reliability of their products, constant development and customer care, the latter being a top priority. Newtech efforts have been rewarded by a number of successful and trouble-free sales in West and East Europe, Middle and Far East, Russia, India and America.

FIBER GLASS INSULATING MACHINES Newtech fiber glass insulating machines have been designed to comply with main market requests and using our long lasting experience in the field of enamelling equipments. They cover a range: for flat from 4 mm 2 to 80 mm 2, maximum width 20, maximum thickness 5 mm. for round from 2.5 mm to 5 mm. Wire tension control: our machines feature a constant tension Pollution: our machines are pollution free Compact design Accuracy in insulation: our machines guarantee an extremely accurate taping Materials reliability: we only use high quality parts and materials manufactured by major and qualified suppliers Energy consumption: by using in the oven the air recirculation system, typical of enameling machines, we can guarantee a consistent reduction in energy consumption

Applicator Each applicator is equipped with a tap to drop the enamel directly on the wire, than in the bottom side of the wire. An enamel collecting tank to recover the exceeding enamel is located at the bottom of the applicator. Enamel application by felts. Fiberglass Lapping Head TANGENTIAL type: Fiberglass TANGENTIAL lapping head for FLAT wire from 20 to 80 mm 2. Each head has a wire breaking and empty bobbin detecting system. In case this happen the line stops in automatic and the oven and the cooling system open and move backward. When the line re-start automatically they get back to the working position. Fiberglass Lapping Head CONCENTRIC type: Fiberglass CONCENTRIC lapping head for ROUND wire from 2,5 to 5 mm, and for FLAT wire from 4 to 40 mm 2. Each fiberglass coil lapping heads can have 3 fiberglass SPARE coils a part of the ROTATING ONE. Each head has a wire breaking and empty bobbin detecting system. In case this happen the line stops automatically and the oven and the cooling system open and move backward. When the line restarts, they get back to the working position. Enamel Tank Enamel Tank to feed the applicators, with filtering system, floating level control, enamel heating system. All piping between applicator and enamel tank are included. Oven Structure: with automatic opening. Interior material: Stainless steel. Combined Heating system by radiation and air recirculation in order to minimize the energy consumption. The oven is equipped with a Catalytic Plate in order to reduce the emissions. Cooling System The wire cooling system consists of a chamber 2,5 m long, a feeding AC fan and an extraction AC fan with adjustable manual dampers. Manual opening for easy string up. Idlers Neutral idlers with inlet guiding rolls. One of the pulleys of idler is equipped with pneumatic piston and sensor to maintain the constant tension of the wire.
