4. UNACCEPTABLE QUOTES: Each item in the Quote Form shall be a reasonable price for such item. Under no circumstances will an unbalanced tender be considered. The Municipality will be the sole judge of such matters, and should any quote be considered unbalanced, it will be rejected by the Municipality. 5. PAYMENTS: In the event that the vehicle is purchased, payment will be made upon delivery of the vehicle to the Municipal office located at 22413 Hoskins Line, Rodney - subject to a delivery inspection by the Public Works Superintendent (or designate). 6. DELIVERY DATE: Delivery to the Municipality will be within the time specified by the supplier in the Quote Form. 7. SAFETY STANDARDS: The vehicle supplied shall be in conformity with any and all applicable federal and provincial motor vehicle safety standards including Safety Inspection sticker. 8.
