1 YZ Series Drivers 1. Functions 1.1 Driving Function: YZ Series is Driver designed to install and maintain highway anti-collision guard rails and solar posts, and is especially applicable for driving guardrail posts at newly constructed highways. It is also used for the installation of photovoltaics (PV), solar cells and panels. 1.2 Extracting Function: With the same hydraulic system for extracting poorly driven or incorrectly positioned posts in road maintenance work, it is a professional machine for the extraction of posts from any surface condition. 1.3 Drilling Function: This equipment can drill holes into concrete, rock, granite and other very hard road materials, and then easily install the posts. 2. Features 2.1 YZ Series Driver is composed of the chassis, guide rail, hydraulic arm, hydraulic system, hydraulic hammer, diesel engine, electrical, cooling and control systems, pile extracting equipment and pile drilling equipment. Its characteristics include quick and exact positioning, compact size, lightweight, self-propelled, agile, ergonomic design, easy operation, high efficiency and a low price. 2.2 The tow bar is articulated with the chassis. In using a tow truck or trailer to tow the machine to the work site, first it is needed to lay down the tow bar and its chain disconnected. The up and down, longitudinal and transverse shift, horizontal slide of the hydraulic arm are controlled through the hydraulic system. 2.3 The hydraulic hammer or pile drilling equipment is installed at the front end of the hydraulic arm. The hydraulic arm carries the hammer or pile driving equipment downward and upward along its guide rail for pile driving or drilling by the hydraulic system.
