Temperature setting method. (Option) 5. Change Fuse. (Extra fuse 2ea/inside of panel cover) 1. Change method of Temperature setting.: when you push and button, displayed setting temperature and you can change temperature up and down. 2. Change method of 1st position damper temperature.: When power off, push down button and when you ON switch, you can change 1st position damper temperature. 3. Change method of 2nd position damper temperature.: When power off, push down button and when you ON switch, you can change 2nd position damper temperature. 4. When status of power off, push reset button and switch ON after you can change 2nd overheat temperature. 1. Use regular (standard) fuse. 2. When fuse broken, check wire first and change fuse. 3. When plate emergency fuse broken, when plate indicate A or B, you can use one more after lead welding. 6. Caution when you installation and operation. 7. Caution When you use. 1. Please avoid, small place for installation, closed place, no ventilation area, inflammable substance, etc. 2. Please avoid, rain, water, humidity against goods. 3. When installation or change, you have to close goods and work if not it has dangerous against explosion. 4. You need to install overheat safety device to power supply N inlet. 5. When you use, have to check power and fuel. 6. Please check motor rotation way. 7. Please check 2 times more all of safety device. 1. Do not touch with wet hand. 2. When do not use long time, you need to close fuel valve and power off. 3. Please check initial operation and regularly each safety device operation or not. 4. When occur something wrong operation, you have to stop operation and contact to distributor. 5. Do not put anything in side of control panel. 6. Be careful to enter dirty substance in side of control panel. 7. If you do not use long time, switch off and shut the fuel valve. 8. When occur problem, switch off and shut the valve immediately and contact to branch and engineer.

5 - 5 - A B 10. Burner Wiring Diagram. * How to operate burner / Use a point of contact 1. It is normal and good method. 2. Use Limit contact of burner operation pause 3. All burner control function operation and It keeps good burner operating condition. 4. It operates back ventilator, in case of stop combus_ tion operation, push out waste gas and it prevent back fire. 5. Do not connect L7, L8. 1. Burner operation pause make burner control power interception. 2. It makes very simple wiring between main control and burner. 3. It can not use back ventilator function and burner pause control function. 4. Do not connect L7, L8. C * How to operate Burner : Use AC power. 1. You can use all same as like A wiring. 2. Burner operation use not contact but AC220V. 3. When main control panel burner operation system AC. It is easy to use. 4. Do not connect L1, L2. 1. We suggest you to use A Main controller method. 2. When you use 2 position control system : you can connect L3 and L4. 3. When you use 3 position control system : L5 and L6 / Temp. connect and use. 4. Be careful not near PCB board. 5. For safety, in case of connect burner control system, Use and installation manual heating safety device to common (N) wiring.

6 When use overheating sensor, How to control jumper. 1. When you use No. 38,39 overheat sensor. Cut get rid of shown left picture of OH(X)JMP3 and connect No and you can use. 2. Use overheat sensor for double safety device system. 12. Method of reoperation switch connection. 13. How to Auto operation. 14. How to use DIP switch when initial operation. (Connection port of Manual operation) * When take burner out of the factory, we make auto operation. * You can use the jumper line place combustion signal contact and use with connection according to your necessary. 1. When you connect left picture of PCB plate No to main panel or connect out side, It makes reoperation burner very easily when occur simple error. 2. When occur error, you have to use after get rid of error cause. 3. Do not push reset button over 3 times and you have to contact to engineer. 1. Get rid of L1, L2, L3, L4, L5, L6, jumper line and You can use with temperature control contact for automatic operation. * L1 and L2 connect and use low combustion. * L1 and L2 / L3 and L4 connect and use -- medium combustion(when 2 position :high combustion) * L1 and L2 / L3 and L4 / L5 and L6 connection and use high combustion 1. Check using power voltage and fuel supply status. 2. Check connection of automatic operation wiring to L1, L2, L3, L4, L5, L6. 3. When you connected automatic operation wiring low, middle, high combustion a point of contact setting DIP switch "On". 4. After setting LSI "On" against DIP2 switch, Adjust ignition condition, low combustion condition, fuel condition and air volume. 5. Make same LS2 and LS3 with No.4 and adjust middle combustion, high combustion and air volume. 6. LS, 1,2,3, repeat several time ON/OFF and check combustion and burner operation condition. (LS1-> ON = low combustion / LS1,2 -> ON = Middle combustion /LS 1,2,3 -> ON = high combustion.) 7. Without problem of manual operation, setting LS1,2,3 ON, check several time with temperature control system with automatic operation Problem or not. 8. Check all of safety switches more than 3 times. *. When you DIP2 switch setting LS1,2,3, Off mode, it do not operate Automatic operation. 15. How to use Supplementary Output module : Ref Output checking : 0.5A/125VAC. A point of contact (Operation, 1st combustion, 2nd combustion, Alarm) 2. Output module : Purchase according to your need. 3. When you use make in accordance with main PCB pin number. 4. Be careful, wiring must not touch PCB panel.

7 When occur burner control trouble, check and confirmation. Fast blink(0.2sec) Slow blink(1sec) Trouble Check and Confirmation When power switch OFF,Switch is not ON. Burner power supply but Power lamp is not ON Power lamp is ON but burner is not operating. Power is not supply all parts during the burner operation. Check control power switch "ON" (when it's ON switch lamp is OFF) Check PCB fuse and Copper plate A side fuse (you must use Standard and Regular Fuse) Check control panel inside R.S.T.N. Voltage. Check PCB lamp LED1(red) LED2(green) "ON" Check Main fuse and Copper plate fuse A side Check power switch and fuse wiring, PCB plate connector must be set correct position. Check operation lamp "ON" In case of Operation lamp is Off, Please check wiring problem and main control panel of burner of operation signal. Check copper plate of B part fuse. When damaged copper plate fuse, refer to fuse change method. Check leakage pressure switch setting pressure. (Please setting 50%) Check leakage pressure switch. Check leakage pressure switch setting pressure. (please setting 50%) Check supplying Gas. Check Gas suppling condition. Check gas pressure switch operation. Check supplying gas pressure. Check overheat sensor work or not Check power supplied Motor or not. Check wind pressure connecting hose in case of dust. Check wind pressure work or not. Check using power supply. When over +15% range, it marks power trouble. Check using power supply. When over -15% range, it marks power trouble. Check instruments overheat. Check Temp. sensor bad. Check supplying gas pressure. Check gas supplying condition. Check gas pressure switch work or not. Check temperature senor. Check temperature sensor wiring. Check temperature sensor. Check temperature sensor wiring.

8 How to change PCB plate (Main PCB) 1. Open control panel cover after power OFF. 2. Use your 一drive same as like picture and you can separate easily from A to I. 3. Release 4 units of J bolts with 十driver from the fixed PCB plate and separation. Reset new panel based on reverse method. 4. After confirmation of setting supply power to the control panel and try initial operation. 5. After cover the control panel and check safety device and combustion device with operation. 18. How to change PCB plate (Front part) 1. Release A position 4 bolts slightly and case will be raised and separation. 2. After separation rubber cap from the B position and insert the driver to the hole directly and you can separate the bolts and setting. (When you use F, Do not use C) 3. After change front PCB plate, Main PCB plate is careful not to touch 15pin connecting wire casing. 4. After change, insert rubber cap.

9 How to set DIP1 Switch. DIP1 ON OFF 1 GAS OIL 2 Gas leakage, checking Gas leakage, No checking 3 Heater control Pump control 4 Use Temp. sensor No use Temp sensor 5 for Incinerator for Normal 1. GAS : When you use gas burner, It's not use. OIL : When you use oil burner, It's use 2. Gas leakage checking : When gas mode, It can check gas valve leakage or not. No gas leakage checking : When gas mode, It's not checking gas leakage or not so pre-purge time will be short. 3. Heater control : When heater using, It operates with heater operation mode. (for Bunker C oil system) Pump control : When you use circulation pump, It operates pump operation mode. ( for warm water system) 4. Using Temp. sensor : It's option/ when you need to control with temperature sensor. No use Temp. sensor : It's option/you can use when you do not use temperature sensor. 5. For incinerator : It operates for resonable incineration mode. after stop combustion, ventilation time will be continued, you can set according to your requirement. For normal : It operates burner with normal mode. 20. How to get rid of Jumper when you use Oil and Gas. (Burner make according to order specification so do not touch without specification) 1. When you use DIP1 switch, after OFF No.1 and Cut JMP1 and get rid of it.(when you get rid of Jumper, cut each edge and get rid of all.) 2. When you use Gas switch, after ON No.1 and Cut JMP2 and get rid of it.(when you get rid of Jumper, cut each edge and get rid of all.) 3. When you connect oil photo flame sensor, use No. 42,43 and when you use Gas, Connect No.43 to flame rod and connect No.44 to earth line. 21. How to use UV Sensor. 1. When you use Gas burner and Use UV flame sensor with BRAHMA UV.1 2. Refer to electrical wiring diagram when you connection of sensor and Connect No.44 to brown color(-) and No.43 to blue color(+). 3. Refer to left picture, cut JMP2 and JMP4 and get rid of it and connect UV. JMP A.B. (when you get rid of Jumper, cut each edge and get rid of all)

10 Electrical wiring diagram (assistance output module) 1. You can use output 4 numbers totally. 2. You can use AC output according to your requirement. (When you use AC power, get rid of jumper terminal No.6 and No.7 and connect AC power.) Function of No. 1 COM terminal 2 Burner operation/signal output 3 Flame catch(1st combustion)/signal output 4 Hi (2nd combustion) Signal output 5 Alarm 6 AC(R) :When you use as power. 7 AC(N) :When you use as power. * Connect CON2 No.6, 7, when you use earth. ( Output module picture ) ( Output module attached goods )

17 (Do not operate for yourself and you have to contact to engineer following matters.) 24. Trouble of Power voltage (A1. A2) How to check of Error. 1. Using Voltage : It indicates power voltage trouble when over ±15% range 2. Using Voltage : You have to install electric pressure regulator in case of using voltage is over ±10% range and you have to use standard voltage. 3. If you use out of range of the voltage, it makes trouble or out or order. A. B. C. 1. Check supplying power with electric test instrument. (Base voltage is AC220V between R phase and N phase) 2. Check with electric test instrument PCB No.27 with electric test instrument rod and check DC voltage. (Base voltage is DC2.5V) 1. When you change base voltage, follow the following indication. 2. We designed Standard voltage of this control is ±15%. in case of over range it works operation stand-by. 3. When you check with A. No.2 article and in case of low of DC2.5V, When you move VR1 to right way and up position it move slightly left way and adjustment. * If you want to change setting price, please contact to manufacturing company if not instrument using life will be more short life. Power off status and Push up and down status, when power switch ON, All setting price will be resetting of initial price. 1. When you push reset button 5 sec. (LS1 off status) ventilation setting time will show and you can change setting time with up and down button. 2. Base setting price is 241 (sequence), and It possible to set 1~240 time is figure x5 minutes. 3. ex) 1 is 1x5=5minutes, 125 is 125x5=625minutes =10.4 hours, 240 is 240x5= 1200minutes= 20hours. 1. When power switch OFF status, after power switch ON, push up button, you can change 2nd control temperature with up and down button. 1. When power off status, Push down button and after power switch ON, you can change 3rd. temperature with up and down button. 1. When you supply power in order to confirm burner operation, in case of gas is not supply, push error button about 5sec. It reverse to operation mode, burner will operate temporary 20 hours with initial mode. 2. After initial operation, you have to release initial operation mode. 1. When you want to release initial operation mode, when you push reset button and push up button 5sec. it will be changed initial operation mode in the status of initial operation mark. 2. After initial operation, you have to release initial operation. 1. Pause mode : (when LS1 is OFF) you can check out of order or not while you are pushing reset button and up button pushing for operation of ignition transformer. 2. You can check with transformer ignition igniting sound. 1. When error occur, push down button 2sec. it marks error occur time after beginning of the pre-purge. 1. When occur error, push down button 12sec. it marks error occur time after 2sec and after 12sec. it marks P1 100position and 10position temperature inspector window, and It marks 1position H or L and It change error setting function mode. 2. When ever you push down button, increasing P1, P2, P3, P4 orders and you can set and use required error function or not. 3. After your required figure shown, When ever you push reset button H (function use) L (function pause) you can choose what you want. 4. Error function of 100position and 10position as follow.
