Used with SLR proportioning valves in single line systems, and suitable for up to 10 lubrication points. In normal operation, oil is gravity fed from the reservoir to the pump. The unit may be operated by an eccentric cam or a reciprocating part of the machinery being lubricated, with no electric or alternative power required. 3 Lubrication Pumps The Airmatic Lubricator is a simple economic unit with a broad range of output. It is designed to be operated with shop air. The stroke setting is easily adjusted to suit a wide variety of industrial centralised lubrication needs. 5 Lubrication Pumps The Multiport Lubricator is a compact, rugged, low maintenance, motor-driven electric lubricator with high pressure capabilities, equipped with fixed or adjustable output pumping elements to discharge grease or oil over a wide operating range. Designed as an economical means of providing lubricant to several points. 6 Lubrication Pumps The FZ-A Lubricator is primarily designed for direct feed applications, for servicing up to 12 lubrication points. These unique lubricators are supplied with pump bodies comprising either a single row of outlets (1-6) or a double row of outlets (1-12). Maximum permissible speed of the piston plunger is 10 rpm for the rotary drive lubricators and 6 rpm for the ratchet drive. A wide range of transmission ratios are available, making this lubricator adaptable to meet a diversity of machine requirements. Where electrical power is available, the BM-B Pump is ideally suited at the heart of a lubrication system. These pumps are robust for harsh and severe applications, and their compact construction of high-grade steel gives them a long service life. A pressure relief valve is incorporated in to the BM-B Pump. 7 Distribution Elements Meter units are oil proportioning devices for cyclic systems. Each outlet of a lubricating system is controlled by a meter unit. The design of the 4/2 way valve ensures a permanent exchange of the lubricant in all channels of the appliance. The permanent exchange is to avoid operating troubles resulting from ageing and hardening of the lubricant, which are due to oil separation from the grease and the resulting soap concentration. The DR-4 is a 4 port, 2 position hydraulically operated directional control valve for use with dual line systems (electric and pneumatic). The unit is energised by the vehicle or machine s ignition switch. Controller settings are saved whenever power is interrupted. Up to four operating modes can be selected, which allows the controller to be used with various system designs.
