Injectors require a minimum system air pressure of 65 PSI or 4.5 bar to operate. The food industry typically requires a stainless steel enclosure.

11 Basic Nozzle Types: Continuous or Pulse? Continuous-Spray Nozzle oil air SWN, SFN, STN Nozzle Families The black circle shown below is the check ball/valve in the spray nozzle. air/oil mix The continuous spray nozzles have the check valve in the nozzle body. This allows for a greater metering distance and provide the capability of applying the smallest amounts of lubricant. The amount of oil being applied will determine the thickness of the oil on the inside of the bore of the nozzle tip going to the exit point. Pulse-Spray Nozzle air TPN, TFN, TCN Nozzle Families air/oil mix The pulse spray nozzles are designed to provide a different capability than our continuous spray nozzles. With the check valve located at the tip of the nozzle, we create the best possible design to prevent dripping that is critical in some applications. This is especially critical when the nozzle placement is vertical and pointing downward.
