Purpose 1.1 This regulation is to standardize CRON process control for international parts application, distribution, parts return control, and improve the work efficiency by maximize the use of company's resources, at the same time, putting in effort to target on parts recovery, analysis, testing, and improvement to guarantee the quality of CRON international spare parts and to improve the utilization rate of spare parts according to the purpose specifies in this policy. 1.2 To guarantee Cron international parts quality and improve the use ratio. 2. Coverage Applicable to all CRON international dealers, and branch offices on the application of parts request, distribution, storage, usage, return, and analysis process. 3. 4 杭州工业有限公司 4 Duty & Responsibility 4.1 CRON HQ Responsible to deal with parts request under warranty, technical support, and parts purchase for out of warranty Responsible to deal with parts return, account check and statistics Responsible to publish information for parts or technology changes Responsible to send parts or technical issue analysis report. 4.2 CRON branch offices Responsible to deal with regional parts request and technical support Responsible to manage regional dealers parts account Responsible to deal with regional dealers parts return and information collection Responsible to return regional old parts back to CRON HQ within 6 months. 4.3 Dealers Responsible to collect the machine issue information from end users and deal with it Responsible to feedback machine information to CRON branch office or CRON HQ and handle with spare parts request Responsible to return old parts back to CRON branch office or CRON HQ within 3-2 -

Parts request 5.1 Under warranty: Dealers are required to request parts through the online Helpdesk system with complete machine information, detail issue occurrence and diagnosis procedures carried out. If necessary, provide or attach pictures, data or video so that the CRON technical staff at CRON HQ or branch offices can give relevant technical or other support and advice. 5.2 Out of warranty: Dealers are required to purchase parts by sending official <<PO>> to address: of Cron HQ or Cron branch offices spare parts control staff s address <<PO>> should be provided in complete details and standardized with relevant parts information (e.g. part no., description & model related), courier account and delivery address etc New <<PO>> number should be placed in if there is need to add or delete of parts on the original <<PO>>, and the original <<PO>> should be canceled in this case to avoid confusion. Other form of purchase description or change, such as instruction, phone call is unacceptable Under any of the following circumstances, <<PO>> orders must be placed separately: Parts order is not from the same buyer Parts payment is not of the same buyer Parts recipient address is not of the same buyer Parts delivery charge is not paid by the same buyer

6 杭州工业有限公司 6. Parts approval, packing, delivery 6.1 Parts approval: Parts request submitted online in the Helpdesk will be verified and supported by regional technical staff. While parts order or purchase through <<PO>> will be verified by business assistant or technician staff for corrective information. 6.2 Parts pickup and delivery After verification and confirmation by our international business staff based on the Helpdesk or <<PO>> received, a <<PI>> or <<CI>> with unique code will be created. After having finance department approved and endorsed the <<PI>>, a <<parts pick up form>> will be created together with parts code label and packing instruction, to meet customer different delivery requirement All parts supplied are being tested to ensure its quality before delivery. Such as laser diodes, fiber array, circuit board and etc. Therefore only qualified parts will be sent to customers After sending out the parts, the international business staff should the <<PL>>,<<CI>>,<<PI>> to applicant or purchaser within 2 working days. 6.3 Parts package Circuit board: Avoid static, shock, humidity. (label is not allowed to paste directly on the board surface, to avoid anti-static.) Like below: - 4 -

Allow bending diameter of fiber should be more than 5cm. Diodes should be fixed on the anti-static foam with anti-static 3M tape (viscous force should not be too strong). 9 杭州工业有限公司 Various parts protective packaging and marking Mixed packaging:mechanical parts and electric board, laser diode, fiber array modules mixed packaging should follow up principle that heavy goods should be put at bottom, lighter goods should be put on top. Packed and shipped by protective damping interlayer foam; Package protection foam Package protection interlayer foam 7. Parts Usage 7.1 Parts usage shall in accordance and conform with relevant CRON equipment contract regulations, to ensure the legitimacy of the parts; - 7 -

10 杭州工业有限公司 7.2 Part replacement need to be carried out by qualified trained engineer by Cron, to ensure part assembles and operates correctly; Related device must power off during the process of parts replacement; During part replacement, fetching and storage, engineer is forbidden to wear any adornment, such as pendant, bracelet, watch, rings, preventing from static damage; Engineer must wear anti-static bracelet on the wrist during the process of replacing electronic boards, laser diodes, fiber arrays, at any moment of handling, fetch and storing to prevent these components from static damage ; Anti-static bracelet should be worn in contact with wrist which must touch the skin tightly, not allow to be isolated by clothing; Anti-static bracelet must keep clean regularly and stored separately from any metal or magnetic goods or tools; Note: Choose the appropriate type of anti-static bracelet which is available in your area. 7.3 Technical requirement for laser diode, fiber array replacement and usage is as following: Laser diode, fiber array replacement must conform to technical replacement criteria, in which laser diode, fiber array having malfunction or defect after determined and can t be fixed or repaired on-site; Thermal diode replacement procedure and precautions are as follows: Always attach anti short-circuit cap to the pins of the replacement laser - 8 -

11 diode; 杭州工业有限公司 Unplugged laser diode from flange board and use the microscope to observe the laser fiber optic tip surface; if found surface is clean, then cover fiber optic tip by using fiber tip protection cap; if found dirty on tip, then need to unplug related fiber optic tip as well, locates on the other side of flange board and clean inner flange board by cotton bud, then clean or wipe fiber optic tip surface with diode cleaning tape or linen-free cleaning paper. Re-check again with microscope, insert back to flange board after the dirt is removed; Cleaning method:dip some alcohol (need not too much, keeping cleaning paper half soak) on wiping paper/cloth, unfold wiping paper/cloth flatly on Anti-static Mat and put on flat surface. Same direction linearly move fiber optic tip on wiping paper/cloth(clean at the area which is not touched by finger) to clean. Each wipe cannot be in the same position on the wiping paper/cloth. Then change to a dry wiping paper/cloth to clean the tip again as same method as above to ensure fiber optic tip surface is dry and clean. Re-check again with microscope. Make sure to linearly move fiber optic tip on wiping paper/cloth with enough length, about 20mm, to ensure the cleaning is effective. Do not repeatedly clean on same position on wiping paper/cloth and move fiber optic tip no more than 4-6 times in one direction. Ensure fiber optic tip surface optical area is clean without any pollutant When inserting laser diode fiber optic tip into Fiber Magnifier, carefully - 9 -

12 杭州工业有限公司 hold the fiber optic tip slightly slant with an angle (about 30 angle to insert is the best, refer to above picture) to magnifier,preventing fiber optic surface from damaged Remove failure diode fixing screw, bend diode fiber with a circle diameter more than 5cm and place well inside the box; Take out new diode, remove fiber tip surface protection cap,then use fiber microscope to check new diode fiber tip surface; Carefully remove fiber tip protection cap, keep in clean location. Avoid improper storage that could pollute the protection cap and cause more diode failure when using next time; During the process of diode handling, unfold and usage, you must keep fiber smooth. Do not over stretch, press and bend, even crossover or tie off, preventing fiber axial direction bending and any sharp articles touching fiber or fiber optic tip surface ; Clean fiber optic tip surface with proper wiping paper/cloth. Check tip surface with fiber microscope after cleaning, ensure its surface is cleaned before using or storage; Insert laser diode to flange board, slightly rotate diode tail to ensure good contact between diode and fiber optic. During this process, ensure diode fiber optic is inserted to flange board with center alignment and optic tip not touching any objects, otherwise you have to re-check and clean again; Lock tightly diode by fixing screw, and do anti-dust sealed treatment to laser box as original assembly. After diode replacement completed, you must record replaced diode and new diode serial number, then feedback to CRON. You need to return the warranty faulty diodes to Cron within required time; No matter under any bad situation, after the laser diodes and fiber array ceramic head is taken out,they must be observed and cleaned before plugging back to the

13 杭州工业有限公司 flange, besides if there are obvious blot on the surface of the diode which will be replaced, please clean the inside of the flange and the relevant fiber array ceramic head; Please pay attention to protect the fibers nearby when you placing and picking the diodes or tightening the fixing screws of the diodes; 7.4 Regarding the operation requirement and notice of the UV diode and fiber array, please refer to the 830 thermal diode requirement. If you have other requirement, please refer to the technical content which was published by CRON; 7.5 If you'd like more production information or technical requirement, please refer to the technical content which was published by CRON; 7.6 If there is some operations you have done which do not accord with Cron s relevent regulations during the usage of the spare parts, the damage caused by it will be covered by the applicants. 8 Parts Storage 8.1 Environment temperature of parts storage: 25±2 ; Environment humidity of parts storage: 40%~60%; Environment hygiene of parts storage: Keep clean and tidy; 8.2 For the PCB boards, diodes, fiber array and etc., please pay attention to the moisture-proof and anti-static protection. Details please refer to item 6.3; 8.3 The mechanical parts should be kept in good conditions with dust prevention, rust protection and anti-collision protection. 8.4 The applicants are supposed to keep the spare parts safe and valid during the storage,the damage caused by improper storage will be covered by the applicants

14 杭州工业有限公司 9 Parts Return 9.1 The process of parts return: Regarding warranty faulty parts return, CRON or branch office will creates the parts return ticket on behalf of dealer according to the parts return grade in Cron Spare Parts Handbook. The branch office or dealer will collects the faulty parts, fills out and sends the ZJ return parts feedback form to CRON before the faulty parts is delivered back to Cron. After examining and verifying the ZJ return parts feedback form, the faulty parts can be regularly returned from dealers within 3 months while branch office has 6 months time limitation to return; 9.2 The principle and classification of parts should be returned; Own - developed parts; High analyzing value parts; High value parts; Class A : must be returned; Class B : selectively return; Class C : no need to return unless with the high analyzing value; Details please refer to CTP Spare Parts Handbook (parts classification A/B/C ), if the parts are not mentioned in the handbook, please consult with Cron regional engineers; 9.3 The analyzing process of parts return; Firstly, CRON will not issue the analysis report for any normal wear and tear parts ; Secondly, some analysis will be handled by the branch office according to CRON authorization and principles of process accordingly if the faulty parts could be determined on site or the feedback from dealers; Thirdly, based on the feedback information, if the parts classification belongs to item : the parts with the high analyzing value; can be re-arranged for further

15 treatment; 杭州工业有限公司 Parts can be remotely investigated, but do not belong to item and item 9.2.3, such part does not need to return; Parts can be investigated according to the fault description and execute the fault recurrence, but do not belong to item and item 9.2.3, which is no need to be returned; According to the description, if faulty parts need to be returned and analyzed urgently, please refer to item 9.3.8; Finally, please according to item 9.2 to regularly return the faulty parts; Analysis flow chart of returned parts;

16 杭州工业有限公司 Content Flow chart Form,Record The faulty parts and information will be collected by dealers record The analysis and improvement report will be issued within 3-5 working days by branch office according to remotely investigate and analysis The warranty faulty parts must be returned to CRON Invoice Customs Declaration or branch office from dealers within 3 months; The branch office must be return the corresponding warranty faulty parts to CRON within 6 months; The summary information Will be fed back to QC ZJ return parts processing and approval form within 2-4 working days by service department since receiving the faulty parts; The parts analysis report will be finished by QC within ZJ parts analysis report 5-15 working days since receiving the faulty parts; The report will be sorted out,translated and sent to customer within 3-5 working days since it is received from QC

17 杭州工业有限公司 9.4 Analysis report of the return parts: Parts can be remotely investigated and analyzed, the analysis and improvement report will be issued within 3 working days Parts need to be investigated and analyzed in the factory, the analysis report will be issued within 5-15 working days; Combined with the above items and 9.4.2, Cron will summarize parts failure analysis and parts improvement report monthly, the cumulative improvement of parts will be issued in real-time; 9.5 Parts return cost: Spare parts delivery cost, custom clearance, taxation and other related cost will be covered by the dealer/customer; 9.6 Spare parts return time control: Faulty parts is allowed to be detained for maximum 3 months since new one is delivered, faulty parts is required to be returned within 3 months to CRON HQ or CRON branch office According to dealer s spare parts record, 5 days before the dead line (which should be returned within 3 months), regional engineer would send out the Notification for Spare Parts Return to remind the dealer that the faulty parts should be returned immediately. If the faulty parts were not returned in time, CRON will send out the PI with retail price of the new parts, and dealer will need to pay for it in order to resume the next spare parts claim authorization If the spare part charge is not been paid more than 15 days, will report to CRON financial department and CRON will manage and control the dealer s other cooperation projects together with other departments Dealer/Customer will take responsibility of the spare parts supply being

18 杭州工业有限公司 suspended or service being interrupted due to the spare parts not returned in time according to this regulation; Dealer/Customer shall perform related responsibilities and duties,otherwise,cron reserves the right to investigate the legal responsibility. 10 Others 10.1 This regulation would implement since 1st Jan.2017, previous warranty spare parts could be dealt with according to this regulation CRON reserves the right to use, revise or supplement this regulation if it is not covered by this policy. 11 Related forms 11.1 ZJ313-01return parts feedback form 11.2 ZJ return parts processing and approval form 11.3 ZJ parts analysis report 11.4 PO 11.5 PI 11.6 CI 11.7 PL 11.8 ZJ Packing and Delivery Description
