2 pplications The plunger pumps series PS are designed to pump the oils in hydraulic circuits of the forming machines, mobile working mechanisms, pressure pumping stations atc. The pumps construction serie PS-6 and PS -12 allows to use the stage regulation by switching off the single pumping sections. Pumped liquid is hydraulic oil with a high chemical stability, with de-emulgation and abrasive resistive admixtures, according to the specification of ISO cat. HM 32 and HM 6, DIN class HLP. Kinematic viscosity at 50 C is mm 2.s -1, better filtration than 30 µm. Description The pumps series PS are horizontal, one-acting with the crank mechanism, with three, six or twelve plungers. They are mounted from two main parts, mechanical and hydraulic ones. Mechanical part with the changed number OOX consists of the crankcase which is adapted for connection of one, two or four pupmping parts and for the crank shaft laying into the slide bearings. The slide shaft bearings, the bearings of opposite settled connecting rods and piston necks are lubricated by the pumped liquid which is transported into the crankcase. Double connecting rods are turnable connected by doublepart sleeves. Crankcase is supplied by hanging bolts, air-outlet and drainage plugs. Mechanical part in the execution 1XX is supplied by front-end filling pump and filtration strainers. The set of mechanical part is the same as the execution OOX, only the crankcase is in the ended bearing chamber, it is adjusted for the filter casing connections with the filling pump impeller. Material design Crankcase is made from grey cast iron, the driving plunger bushes are made from ductile cast iron. Pump casings, crank shaft, plungers and the valves are made from noble steel, thermal processed. Connecting rods are the castings from special bronze. Driven The pumps series PS are constructed for the direct connection with the driving electric motor with speeds 1 50 min. -1. They are supplied either separately or assemblied with the driven and flexible coupling on the common baseplate. Sense of shaft rotation direction is in the execution 00X arbitrary one. In the execution 1XX there is a rotation direction to the left or to the right, it is necessary to determine in the order. Hydraulic part constists of from one to four pumping sections with separated connectings which are fitted on the crankcase. Suction is connected with the inner shaftcase chamber.the pumping sections are designed in such a way that there is possible to reach the flow change and at the same time with this continously the change of the pump transporting pressure. These changes are possible to reach by the changing the driving bushes and plungers with the different diameters from the made series.

Overloading - The pump is possible to overload by the nominal transporing pressure which is increased about 20% in the time period 1/3 lenght of working cycle, by the nominal transporting pressure increased about 0 % in the time 1/10 of working cycle providing that these two types of overloading occur in given limits in regular cycles with maximum-lenght 60 sec. Maximum value of transporting pressure also at overloading is limited by value pd max.= bar. Discharge connector - execution XXO - inner thread G1 made in the reduced flange - execution XX1 a/ inner thread G1 made in the reduced flange b/ after the reduced flange disassembly is possible to connect the pressure hose type 725 DN25 with the final type 81,82,83 by means of thread holes M 10.
