The long undercarriage provides dynaic stability and perforance. INTELLIGENT HYDRAULICS New Holland s Hydrotonic cobines highly advanced electronic technology with a sophisticated hydraulic syste, and has been designed to axiise the achines perforance according to the job at hand. 5 WLER EXCAVATOR 3 SCR ONLY TECHNOLOGY 4 Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) technology optiizes cobustion for axiu efficiency. It reduces harful eissions with the high cobustion teperatures and the addition of AdBlue Diesel Exhaust Fluid. This well-proven and reliable technology, used on trucks in Europe since 2004, delivers ore power with less fuel. The Continuous Power Boost delivers extra power as and when needed, raising hydraulic pressure fro 34.3 to 37.8 Mpa. 7 +10% PRODUCTIVITY A PERFECT COMBINATION OF SPEED, EFFICIENCY AND CONTROL SPEED AND CONTROL WITH D.O.C. With the Dipperstick Optiized Control (D.O.C.), the excavator always works with two pups to ensure the operator always has the flow and speed he needs. The Hydrotonic continuously adjusts the flow and speed to atch the requireents, ensuring a sooth transition when switching fro ligher work to heavy digging. SPEED AND EFFICIENCY WITH CONFLUX The Confl ux is an autoatic hydraulic regeneration feature that diverts unused oil to feed the cylinder that needs it. This process is faster and ore energy effi cient than repuping oil, resulting in faster dipper in oveent and greater effi ciency. FAST CYCLE TIME The integrated swing priority ensures a sealess transition of additional pup power to the swing function when needed. FLEXIBILITY AND VERSATILITY The new generation Advanced Electronic Processor (A.E.P.) provides highly responsive controls and delivers extra power when needed. The operator can easily onitor and select the ain working paraeters, aintenance notifi cations, self diagnosis and operating data storage. Attachent anageent is extreely versatile, as the operator can set flow and pressure with up to 20 attachent pre-settings. SMOOTH OPERATIONS The high-efficiency hydraulics and new joysticks result in sooth operation and outstanding control, especially during siultaneous operation, leveling and other tasks requiring high precision. The optional Hydraulic Proportional Controls (HPC) further increase productivity and reduce operator fatigue. 7

SCR ONLY TECHNOLOGY New Holland s SCR solution, developed by FPT Industrial to eet Tier 4i (EU Stage IIIB) eissions regulations, reduces PM levels with high cobustion teperatures and breaks down NOx with AdBlue. SCR catalyst AdBlue tank GET MORE POWER WITH SCR The SCR solution relies on an after-treatent syste, so that the engine can focus on generating ore power, torque and a faster response. ENGINE AND HYDRAULIC POWER: THE PERFECT MATCH The high-effi ciency hydraulics supply high flow at low rp, axiizing fuel efficiency. In addition, the Hydrotonic optiizes the perforance and effi ciency of the achine: it aintains engine speed at the required level, preventing it fro dropping. It reduces pup displaceent in case of overload and continuously adjusts oil flow to avoid overloading the engine or the pups. 8

Low Eissions New Holland s SCR technology, developed to eet Tier 4 interi (EU Stage IIIB) regulations, not only draatically reduces eissions levels, but also achieves exceptional fuel efficiency, which further reduces the enviroental ipact of the achine. Today our E215C Series excavators eissions levels are as low as: CO: 0.42 g/kwh, HC: 0.03 g/kwh, NOx: 3.01 g/kwh, PM: g/kwh Low ipact The AdBlue additive is a solution of urea and deineralised water: clean, harless and enviroentally friendly. Yes to the biodiesel! All New Holland Tier4 interi copliant products which use our SCR technology can use blends of 20% biodiesel. 12 WELCOME ON BOARD EVOLUTION IN COMFORT The spacious EVO cab is designed to axiize the operator s cofort and perforance. All switches and controls are ergonoically positioned on the right side, easy to fi nd and to reach; opening and closing the front window is easy with the onetouch lock release; and the extra wide door provides easy access. A FULLY ADJUSTABLE WORKSTATION The seat is adjustable in all directions, independently or with the side consoles. The arrests, integrated in the side consoles, can be placed in four different positions and inclined, enabling the operator to tailor the workstation for axiu convenience and cofort. The optional air-suspension seat with heated cushion can add further to the operator s cofort. SUPERIOR OPERATOR ENVIRONMENT Long working days will feel shorter with the new radio with Bluetooth and USB, and the autoatic air-conditioning syste. 12

13 LOW VIBRATION AND NOISE LEVEL Six silicon liquid fi lled viscous dapers and enhanced soundproofi ng of the EVO cab result in rearkably low noise and vibration levels, adding to the operator s cofort and reducing fatigue. OUTSTANDING VISIBILITY The EVO cab provides excellent all-round visibility, with a full size right window and standard rear-view caera. The new standard skylight with sunshade provides a clear view to overhead obstacles. EASY TO OPERATE The new ultifunctional onitor is easy to read with a full-color screen dedicated to the rear wide-angle caera. The operator can set service interval reinders for engine oil, hydraulic oil, fuel and fi lters. The auxiliary hydraulics can be adjusted fro the control onitor to atch pressure and flow to the attachent. Self-diagnostics with fault code eory ake it easy to check and adjust syste pressures, engine speed, travel speed, hydraulic pressure and other operating functions. Work and attachent odes are easy to select and are clearly displayed on the onitor. 13

14 BUILT-IN SERVICEABILITY AND RELIA DESIGNED TO CUT OPERATING COSTS The side-by-side radiator layout iproves cooling perforance and is exceptionally easy to clean. Easy-to-change engine oil and fuel filters and ground access to all daily service points contribute to axiizing the achine s uptie. LESS MAINTENANCE WITH SCR TECHNOLOGY With SCR technology there is no need for a particulate filter, resulting in savings on aintenance. The syste is designed so that the AdBlue tank only needs to be refilled every four refuelling stops, depending on the job. In addition, it doesn t require costly specific oils and has a high fuel copatibility unatched by other Tier4i solutions. SERVICE POINTS AT GROUND LEVEL The engine oil fi lter, fuel fi lter and water separator, which reoves containants and water, are key for good engine perforance and durability. They are reote ounted and easy to reach fro ground level for easy aintenance. CENTRALISED LUBRICATION Grouped and centralised greasing points, allow all boo wear points to be easily greased fro ground level at 500-hour service intervals. LONG LIFE HYDRAULIC OIL The long-life hydraulic oil has excellent anti-eulsion characteristics as well as an optiized ix of anti-wear and anti-oxidants additives that extend service intervals to 5000 hours, resulting in an ipressive reduction in operation costs and environental ipact. 14

15 BILITY MORE RELIABILITY WITH SCR Our SCR technology is a highly reliable proven technolgy. It requires no additional aintenance or cooling surface, and works perfectly in cold weather. Even at teperatures below -11 C/12 F, when the AdBlue ay be frozen, the engine will cold start and run without derating. MORE RELIABILITY AND DURABILITY WITH THE HEAVY DUTY DESIGN Boos and ars were designed using advanced CAD and FEM (Finite Eleents Methodology) Systes to axiize strength in those areas where stresses are concentrated. The result is a strong Heavy Duty front attachent that can deal with the toughest applications. BUCKET LINKAGE WITH DOUBLE BUSHING Additional external bushings ade of anti-wear steel provide extra protection to the ar and bucket s long-life internal bushing. When the radial surface becoes worn, these bushings are easy to change, increasing pin and bushing durability while reducing operating costs. ARM PROTECTION An optional ar protection is available to further extend durability even in rocky applications. BUILT TO LAST The heavy-duty X-frae undercarriage is built to last, with rollers, sprockets and travel otors sealed for a long life. The two track fraes coe with a standard central ounted track guide. Four additional track guides are also available as an option for work in particularly uneven or rocky terrain. They help keep the chains on the rollers and protect the, ensuring greater durability, effi ciency and safety. 15
