Pipe connection All pump types have a treaded pipe connection: Rp2 1/2 for 6 WPS 16 N, Rp 3 for 6 WPS 30 N and Rp 4 for 6 WPS 45 N and 6 WPS 60 N.

1 All the internal and external metal components of the 6 WPS N pumps are constructed of stainless steel AISI 316 throughout and are being cold pressed from stainless steel sheet. 6 WPS N submersible pumps are suitable for both continuous and intermittent operation for a variety of applications: General water supply Waterworks Irrigation Tank applications Pressure boosting Heating pumps Mining and other industrial applications Note: For other applications, please contact Well Pumps. Pump and motor range 6 WPS N pump range consists of four flow models: 16, 3, 45 and 6 m³/h. The pump-end is entirely made out of Stainless steel DIN 1.441, AISI 316. The pumps are standard equipped with a 4 motor up to 5,5kW and a 6 submersible motor from 7,5kW up to 3kW power. Pump identification code Example 6 WPS 3-12 N 6 pump Stainless Steel Submersible Pump Rated flow (in m3/h) Number of stage/impellers Material code 1.441, AISI 316 Pumped liquids 6 WPS submersible pumps are designed for pumping thin, clean, non-aggressive and non-explosive liquids, not containing solid particles. 6 WPS pumps are suitable for pumping liquids with a content of sand up to 5 g/m³. A higher content of sand will shorten pump life. The maximum fluid temperature is 3 C. For higher temperatures, please contact Well Pumps. Construction features Coupling and flange of pump-end are suitable for connection to motors in accordance with NEMA standard. Jam free check valve, built in the discharge chamber, is designed for low loss of head. Overdimentionned intermediate bearing located at each stage to align the shaft and optimize the lubrication. Easy-to-replace wear-rings and bearings Rugged cable guard. Hydraulic profiles are optimized for the attainment of high efficiencies. Resistance to corrosion and abrasion, i.e. the same inherent qualities of stainless steel. Great ease of dismantling and assembly. Service The pump and motor are very easy to maintain and repair. The modular pump and motor design facilitates installation and service. The cable and the plug are fitted to the pump with screws which enables replacement.
