1 AQUAVAR AQUAVAR VARIABLE SPEED SYSTEM CONTROLLER Aquavar is the world s first pump mounted microprocessor controlled system controller. It is fully programmable on-site and is designed to fit directly onto most models. Water supply and pressure boosting for civil, residential and industrial buildings. Transfer of liquid in systems where it is necessary to boost pressure to cope with excessive flow resistance. Water treatment and process engineering where constant flow rates are required against varying system pressures. Ideal for use with, GSSV, GSFC, GSFH and GSSH series pumps. Compliant with AS/NZS 2064 and EN55011/98. Power 2.2kW to 22kW pump mounted up to 45kW remote mounted. Voltage 400V - 15%, %. Ambient temperature limitations 5 C to 40 C. The sizes are for 0.75/1.1 kw (later 1.5/2.2 kw) motors Standard controls for the unit are two push buttons and one LED indicator. A separate programming module is available and necessary to program the unit. Sequence-control for max. 4 pumps is possible also with the AQUAVAR 56. 7
