3 PROJECTIONS FOR Foreword This report contains student projections for the school year. Student Enrollment has made projections for elementary, K 8, middle, and high schools; a total of 125 elementary, 5 K 8, 37 middle, and 20 high schools. Also included in this report are projection estimates for all of the special schools and centers. The projections also reflect the attendance zone changes as a result of next year's opening of : 131 PS8 SW 5 44 E SE 2 84 E W 4 21 M E 2 52 M SE 2 Windermere HS Tables 1 and 2 are summary tables that reflect the contents of individual tables for the various schools 02/25/200 by grade group. Tables 3, 4, 5, and 6 show the enrollment projections for school year and should be used for the purpose of allocating teachers and other staff. The October 17, 2016 enrollment summary was selected as the basis for the projections. Table 7 shows the enrollment projections for special programs and schools. These estimates should only be considered as approximations for the school year. 3
