2 After view It was not only the sun that was shining and spreading warmth and pleasant beams in Malmö this past weekend, our visiting auction clients did the same. Once again they showed how much they appreciate our personal auction room as a social meeting point with a cosy atmosphere. This time the auction had an extensive scope and for us an unusually large number of lots. As is often the case a Chinese lot received the largest number of book-bids, a selection of 35 First Day Covers that went from 750 to 3.000! Collecting All World in a nice album seems to be having a renaissance, the extraordi - narily well preserved Schaubek album from 1889 was very popular and went to someone who has the ambition to fill it with stamps in the same level of beauty and quality as the album itself. Die proofs are sought after by Swedish collectors, which was especially confirmed by the result of the offered Oscar II die proofs, but also in other areas. To keep you updated of the current market, we recommend that you study the list of prices realized carefully. During the last three years we have been spoiled with a Gummesson auction as the highlight and the auction weekend s finale. This time it unfortunately was the last part and The Grand Finale of the Gummesson Grand Prix d Honneur collection, we are very proud and grateful to have been entrusted this huge and outstanding collection! To maintain the contact with all our Finnish clients we will participate at the national exhibition TamCollect 2019 in Tampere April. At the end of May it is finally time for the great show STOCKHOLMIA 2019 to celebrate the 150th anniversary of the Royal Philatelic Society London, Come! All are invited!
