2 Comustion Unique and efficient Developed and improved y elco R&D department, the Free Flame technology is a unique comustion process. This elco technology is capale to reach the NOx levels required y the most severe standards for all types of comustion chamers, whether they are 3-pass or reverse pass oilers. Acoustic Comfort and compact The NEXTRON urner range offers a high acoustic comfort thanks to the Low Noise System. The unique air intake channel is carefully designed to achieve an acoustic level significantly lower than 8 db(a) up to 1 MW. This integrated and patented system on all NEXTRON urners is definitely a good replacement of the traditional ulky sound proofing ox. Switch cainet Built-in and modular All the NEXTRON urners feature integrated switch cainet, the ISC System, with modular concept for control devices and accessories. Adjusting and safety control ox EMC protected power circuit of fan motor Display with command keyoard in front of the panel The ISC System houses options and accessories, such as the power regulator and the frequency inverter Variatron, and customizes each urner according to the installation needs.

3 Communication User-friendly and universal Elcogram: a universal language. The adjusting and reading of the availale information aout the NEXTRON operation are possile through the MDE2 System, a display with a 5-uttons keyoard, y using pictograms and numerical data. This user-friendly language assures quick reading and total understanding, as ever efore. Maintenance Simple and time saving The maintenance of the NEXTRON urner can e easily carried out thanks to a large opening of the aove left side of its housing that offers an easy access to the whole comustion components. Thanks to the RTC System, the comustion components find again exactly the original position after the maintenance operations. Year after year, the RTC System grants high quality and reliale comustion on the NEXTRON range. Design Smooth and integral The original design of NEXTRON range is the result of a successful integration etween urner and elco technologies. With the help of three integrated modules in their cainet, the NEXTRON 6 to 9 are ale to: adjust the fan speed to the required flame power; monitor the comustion quality y analyzing the concentration of O 2 and CO in the flue gas; communicate remotely via an Ethernet network, as Modus, Profius or Ethernet.
