9 CrimpCenter 64 Ultimate Performance The CrimpCenter 64 is the flagship among the Schleuniger automatic wire processing machine models. Through its high-quality components and materials, the CrimpCenter 64 offers high speeds and maximum production performance. Processing efficiency is achieved through the use of high-performance components, a fast, integrated Ethernet connection and innovative motor programming. The maximum transport speed of up to 12 m/s (39.4 ft/s) makes high productivity and quality possible. The CrimpCenter 64 can process single-core wires from 0.13 mm 2 to 6.0 mm 2 (26 10 AWG) optional to 0.05 mm 2 (30 AWG) and has space for up to four processing stations. The most common applications for the CrimpCenter 64 are single crimp or crimp to crimp, seal loading and double crimps. Other applications such as tinning, twisting and coaxial cable processing are also possible. As an option, a high speed coiling and binding system for wire lengths up to 30 m (98.4 ft.) is also available for the CrimpCenter 64. Single-core wires between 0.13 mm 2 and 6.0 mm 2 (26 10 AWG) can be processed optional to 0.05 mm 2 (30 AWG) with a maximum transport speed of up to 12 m/s (39.4 ft/s). Standard applications include crimping, seal fitting, twisting and tinning, coaxial cable applications and welding. In addition, the large platform of the CrimpCenter 67 offers an excellent base for special applications. 12 Cut Strip Terminate A Powerhouse for High Precision The CrimpCenter 67 HD16 is based on the CrimpCenter 67 but has larger grippers, wire guides and blades to accommodate larger cable cross-sections up to 16 mm 2 (6 AWG). All machines are fitted with heavy-duty crimp presses and are operated with EASY software. Quick-change systems are used to reduce setup time. As an option, quality assurance devices can be integrated. Seal loading with large seals (single wire seals) using the SealLoad 3100 is also possible. The CrimpCenter 67 HD16 provides powerful performance and precision. 12

16 Cut Strip Terminate UniCrimp 221 and UniCrimp 222 The UniCrimp 221 and UniCrimp 222 crimp presses have integrated crimp force monitoring (CFM 20) and the UniCrimp 222 includes electronic crimp height adjustment. The EASY machine software enables optimum visualization and operation of both press types. Standard machines accept most side or rear feed mini-style crimp applicators with either mechanical or pneumatic feed. As an option, applicator adapters can be used for other crimp applicators and terminal strip choppers and split cycle crimping for closed barrel terminals are available. 17 Processing Stations SealLoad 3100 The new SealLoad 3100 sealing station loads seals (single-wire seals) on to stripped wire ends. The station can be used on all Schleuniger CrimpCenter models. Optimized processes enable an extremely short processing time. The transparent, visible storage container contains a conveyor which feeds the seals gently. The innovative technology used in the SealLoad 3100 ensures a very wide range of processing possibilities. This technology clearly demonstrates its advantages in processing all types of seals from mini-seals to hard-shell seals.
