Overview Conventional single point lubricators including gravity type grease cups, spring loaded grease cups, gas expansion lubricators, motor-driven lubricators can feed lubricant to only one lubrication point!!! Presents Unique and Invincible Features!! Hanil lubtec s two point lubricator DUO presents unique features. DUO can feeds to 2 lubrication points at the same time without additional tool or valve. DUO replaces 2 SPL(single point lubricators). Also DUO can be converted to a single point lubricator dedicated to a lubrication point and vice versa. Moreover DUO can produce much higher output pressure up-to rated 130bar than any other lubricator ever.

Features and Advantages One Lubricator Feeds 2 Lubrication Points DUO has built-in 2 outlets in itself and feeds 2 lubrication points at the same time without additional divider valve or tools Convertible to Single Point Lubricator With cross-porting mechanism integrated in the DUO, it can be converted to single point lubricator and vice versa. High Operating Pressure DUO produces high output pressure up-to rated 130bar(1885psi) due to its precision and robust pump mechanism so that it can feed NLGI #2 grease to lubrication points far away from the lubricator and a lot of lubrication points with additional divider valves or injectors. Stand-alone DUO-MAX and Lube system application DUO-PRO Available DUO-MAX model basically runs stand-alone with 3.7VDC Li-ion battery pack but can be interlocked to net operating hours of serviced machine. DUO-PRO model runs with DC-DC converter(12/24 VDC to 4.5VDC) and applicable to centralized lubrication system including progressive system, single-line system and dual-line system.
