8 Remarks Squad car traveling northbound Shady Oak Rd approaching innetonka ills Rd with emergency lights and siren activated due to an active pursuit. Squad car slowed speed in anticipation for the left hand curve. The squad car followed the road to the left, the rear end of the patrol car began sliding on black ice causing me to go off-road right. Anderson stated he was traveling SB on Ford Road and Vehicle 3 pulled in front of him a struck vehicle 1 on the driver's side. Anderson stated vehicle 1 then spun into his lane and struck his vehicle. Bauer stated he was attempting to pull out of the parking lot and saw vehicle 2 coming SB on Ford Road. Bauer stated he had time to pull out in front of SB traffic. Bauer stated when to make the left hand turn he hit vehicle 1 that was head NB. Bauer stated he did not see vehicle 1 coming NB.
