2 October 21, hours A resident on Hillrise Circle reported that an unknown subject had obtained a debit bank card in her name. The debit card was canceled. Attempts to open two additional accounts were made at a different bank but stopped. The complainant was not out of any money. Report taken. October 22, hours A traffic accident was reported in the 7300 block of Wilmington Dayton Road. A vehicle traveling northbound had crossed over into the southbound lane and struck an oncoming vehicle. The driver at fault, a 33 year old female from Dayton initially failed to stop after the accident. She was located and cited into Xenia Municipal Court for Leaving the Scene of an Accident and Lane of Travel upon Roadways. October 22, hours A traffic accident was reported in the 7200 block of Wilmington Dayton Road. A 36 year old female from Bellbrook traveling northbound failed to see a vehicle that had come to a stop for traffic. The driver at fault struck the vehicle in front of her and was cited into Xenia Municipal Court for Failure to Maintain Assured Clear Distance. October 22, hours An officer responded to North Linda Drive where a female from Bellbrook had locked her keys in her vehicle. The officer was able to gain entry. October 22, hours An officer stopped a vehicle on Little Sugarcreek Road for a registration violation. The driver, a 27 year old male gave consent to the officer to have his vehicle searched for drugs. No drugs were located, however a loaded handgun was found in the glove box. The driver was cited into Xenia Municipal Court for Carrying a Concealed Weapon. The suspect was issued a warning for Expired Registration.

3 October 23, hours A resident on Mill Pond Drive reported that her ex boyfriend had assaulted her and had taken her phone and destroyed it when she tried to call for help. The suspect, a 30 year old male from Beavercreek had left the residence prior to the officers arrival. Contact with the suspect was made who advised he was in Cincinnati and would be sleeping in his car overnight. The suspect was ordered to respond to the police department to pick his Court summons for Assault and Criminal Damaging the following day. October 24, hours An officer stopped a vehicle on South Linda Drive for an equipment violation and observing the driver operating the vehicle without a seatbelt on. Investigation revealed that the 40 year old male from Dayton did not have a valid driver s license. He was cited into Xenia Municipal Court for Driving under Suspension and No Seatbelt, and given a warning for Two Brake Lights Required. October 24, hours An officer was dispatched to Lower Hillside Drive on the report of a dog at large. While in route the officer was advised that two dogs had killed a cat. Greene County Animal Control responded to the scene and handled the investigation. October 24, hours A resident on Cabernet Way reported that a laptop had been stolen from her unlocked vehicle during the overnight hours. The report is under investigation. October 25, hours Officers assisted the Kentucky Pulaski County Sheriff s Department with locating a wanted person on East Franklin Street. The 38 year old male suspect was located and transported to the Greene County Jail to await extradition to Kentucky.

4 October 25, hours A traffic accident was reported on South East Street. A vehicle pulling a trailer made a turn onto East Franklin Street and the trailer struck a stop sign. The Bellbrook Service Department was dispatched to replace the sign. The driver at fault, a 26 year old male from Bellbrook was cited into Xenia Municipal Court for Failure to Control. October 26, hours Officers responded to East South Street on the report of a disorderly 18 year old male. Investigation led to the arrest of the suspect from Xenia for Disorderly Conduct by Fighting. The male was transported to the Greene County Jail. October 26, hours An officer was dispatched to Hess Road on two separate parking complaints. A wrecked vehicle parked on the street had not been moved for weeks. An officer made contact with the owner who moved the vehicle into her driveway immediately. The second complaint about a vehicle parked too close to a resident s driveway was also addressed. That vehicle was moved when the owner arrived at home. October 27, hours Officers were dispatched to a business parking lot on State Route 725 on the report of a suspicious vehicle that was occupied and had been running for two hours. Contact was made with the 34 year old female driver from Xenia who advised that she had pulled into the parking lot because she was tired and had fallen asleep. Report taken. October 27, hours Officers responded to Barnett Drive to assist the Xenia Police Department with locating a Domestic Violence suspect who was on foot from Xenia. The suspect, a 51 year old male from Bellbrook was taken into custody and transported to the hospital where he was later served his charges by the Xenia Police Department.

5 October 27, hours An officer stopped a vehicle on Wilmington Dayton Road for Expired Registration. Upon contact with the driver, the officer could smell an odor of burnt marijuana coming from the vehicle. Upon more questioning, a passenger in the vehicle, a 20 year old male from Centerville advised there was a drug pipe in the glove box. The drug pipe was seized. The vehicle was searched but no other drug paraphernalia or any drugs were located. The driver, a 21 year old female from Centerville was cited for Expired Registration. The passenger was cited into Xenia Municipal Court for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. October 27, hours An officer stopped a vehicle for a moving violation. The suspect, a 22 year old male from Xenia was found to be impaired and taken into custody. The suspect was found in possession of heroin. The suspect was charged with Operating a Vehicle while under the Influence. Felony drug charges are pending.
