This tutorial serves as your information bridge to these cataloging standards now implemented for DD Platform Engines. Selecting X does not delete recently added items. It removes the display window and allows for continued navigation through eparts. Fun Fact: SAA is an acronym for the German Term: Jondes- Ausfuhrungsnrten Functional Description: Parts List Variant; The DD13, DD15 and MBE Bill of Material or Data Card is comprised of SA groups specific to the engine serial number. 44 Section 4: Aftertreatment Systems Aftertreatment System Cataloging The Series 60 Catalog lists all DD Platform and MBE Aftertreatment Assemblies released by Detroit Diesel. Daimler Trucks 43

45 Section 4: Aftertreatment Systems Aftertreatment System Cataloging Obtain the ATD Assembly Number before using the Series 60 Catalog to look up ATD information. The ATD Assembly can be obtained from the PartsPro system or the physical Tag attached to the ATD on the Vehicle. Using the Series 60 Catalog to access MBE Aftertreatment information is the current process. A portion of DD Platform Aftertreatment Assemblies are associated with the engine serial number. These can be accessed by navigating eparts using the engine serial number. If the Aftertreatment information is missing, obtain the ATD Assembly number and follow the process outlined for looking up MBE Aftertreatment information. Daimler Trucks 44
