Synchronous system can bolting a flange one time, but single system needs to bolting the flange several times by loading step by step, so the efficiency of synchronous system with four sets hydraulic wrenches is four times more than a single system. For large output wrench, it is recommended to use a synchronous system with two sets hydraulic wrenches powered by a pump, or a double system with two pumps and two wrenches bolting the flange oppositely and simultaneously.
