Made to enhance your entryway and satisfy the unique taste of each homeowner, we offer a variety of rich colors with a comprehensive collection of decorative glass. We set the industry standard for custom, top of the line entry doors. With over 80 available door styles in 5 arch top shapes, our entry doors can accommodate all homeowner needs and wants. We offer the most secure entry doors on the market. Our steel doors have a 19 lock block with a 14 gauge steel reinforcement channel. Whether it is a smooth or textured steel the skin is 20-gauge. Our Aspen fiberglass collection boasts a 4" lock side stile with a 7 gauge steel plate embedded the entire length. To deter rotting, the rails inside of our entry doors are composite. For optimal insulation our doors are injected with high density polyurethane foam filling every nook and cranny. The vinyl thermal break on our steel doors also improves energy efficiency by controlling heat transfer. Thermally broken metal doors are insulated against heat and cold conduction. This is done by separating the outside metal from the inside with a non-conductive material (vinyl). With engineered wood stiles and composite rails it is designed to deter rotting. As with all of our doors, the polyurethane foam insulation fills every nook and cranny inside the door giving it optimal insulation. For added security the ArmorMax jamb is optional for pre-hung doors. For replacement doors, the aluminum reinforcement door edge is standard which gives it strength and added security. 7 ss Aspen fiberglass collection Aspen Fiberglass The Aspen Collection boasts elegance, energy efficiency and enhanced security, an unprecedented combination in fiberglass doors. With authentic wood grains mahogany; or cherry; and oak and six rich stain colors it is hard to bypass their beauty. Security has always been a concern when choosing a fiberglass entry door. Not any more! Our Aspen Collection has a full length lock side stile. It is 4 finger jointed pine with a solid oak edge that has a 1/4 x 1 steel plate embedded the entire length (patent pending). This adds increased security and stability to the fiberglass shell. This combined with the ArmorMax Jamb System, for pre-hung doors, makes the Aspen Collection burglar resistant. HMI steel and fiberglass doors are first primed with a durable undercoat that is oven-cured for lasting resiliency. Paint - A final paint finish is applied to the doors and oven-cured a second time forming an enduring lustrous look. Stain - Hand applied to textured doors to give a wood grain appearance, it is then top coated with a 2-part clear urethane protective coat containing a UV inhibitor. Then it is oven-cured a second time forming an enduring lustrous look. Powdercoat - Aluminum and security storm doors are chem washed then oven dried. The powdercoating is electrostatically applied and double baked to create a durable resilient finish. Powdercoats have a glossier sheen than do paints. For storm doors within 1 mile of shore line it is recommended to have: security doors zinc plated and aluminum storm doors chromated.
