You will find out the SIMOTICS GP General Purpose Motors frame sizes 8 and 9 with a fully automated stator winding and the highest quality guaranteed through an automated testing process. SIMOTICS General Purpose motors with aluminum frame are suitable for a wide range of standard drive tasks in the industrial environment. As a result of their especially low weight, they are predestined for pump, fan and compressor applications. However, they are also admirably suited for conveyor technology and many other industrial applications. This concerns a defined selection from the complete spectrum of motors. Additionally, some of these "Preferred motors" can get a reduced delivery time with additional order code B19 (see the table below). They are so-called "Express motors". Only 1 to days are required from the time of clarification of the order at the factory until dispatch from the factory. Users benefit from removable mounting feet, reinforced bearing end shields with optimum mechanical properties and additional components that can be easily added. Stocking is also simple due to the low variance of parts enabling motor distributors to quickly respond to customer requirements. Modular mounting concept Mounting of die-cast rotors Our modular mounting concept offers optimum logistics and enables users to assemble powerful, durable, and extremely easy-to-service motors in line with their own requirements for most applications, from just a few standard components. At the heart of this modular system are the basic motor and a built-in shaft system at the non-drive end (NDE). By means of mounting shafts, additional components, such as brake, separately driven fan and encoder can be mounted to the motor. Especially user-friendly 6 rotatable connection box with one screw The 1LE1 series offers especially user-friendly terminal boxes. The - and -pole motors, shaft heights 8 and 9 go even one step further: For these motors, the terminal box is only fixed using one screw, and it can be continuously rotated through 6 degrees. This makes it significantly simpler and faster to install motors in confined spaces, as the motor connecting cable can be routed to the motor from any direction. In addition, the terminal board is preconfigured with two jumpers for star and delta connection, with the exception of voltag code "". This flexible plug-in system enables quick winding connection of the motor during installation and servicing and thus increases the availability of your systems. Energy saving The 1LE1 series complies with the international efficiencies IE and IE. Efficiency is reached through innovative design and technologies, with the result that no shaft height jump is required for the same power rating within the IE classes.
