2 Offer benefits Harvest profits with Eisele More than 25 years of experience with Biogas plants The robust and powerful pumps and submersible mixers of EISELE are important components for each biogas plant and available in different models. EISELE-vertical pumps with chop blades welded on the impellers and EISELE-submersible mixers with or without chop blades are already used in reception pits for the homogenizing of slurry as well as for the tearing of silage, grass, straw and other coferments. Each digester or final disposal site also serving as a distribution pump station can be supplied with the vertical pump. A self-priming EISELE-rotary lobe pump, optionally combined with a Macerator, can also be used instead of a vertical pump. In the digesters and in the final disposal site EISELE-submersible mixers with gas proof operation must fulfil important requirements. They ensure that the incoming slurry coferment mixture is mixed up with the available fermenting substrates. They also prevent or destroy floating and sedimentation layers and distribute the heat consistently in the digester. A good mixture of the substrate guarantees a high and constant gas output.
