Add the following new instruction to Amendment 1: Ajouter la nouvelle instruction à l'amendement 1: Replace, in the tenth paragraph, the second and third dashed items by the following new dashed items: the test voltage shall be the phase-toearth voltage; making shall occur within ±25 of the peak value (on the same phase for three-phase tests) and evenly distributed in both polarities. Remplacer, dans le dixième alinéa, les deuxième et troisième tirets par les nouveaux tirets suivants: la tension d'essai doit être la tension phase-terre; l établissement doit survenir dans les limites de ± 25 de la crête (sur une même phase pour les essais en triphasé) et doit être distribué de manière régulière dans les deux polarités.
