The project includes 5 existing renovated houses, plus 11 new houses and the completion of Woodstock and Leicester streets with turnarounds JE noted that Mollenhauer has been retained as the Civil Engineer for the project MD noted that water service has already been installed on Woodstock TO noted that one hydrant for Woodstock has already been paid for and can be installed. TO requested that one additional hydrant be installed near the end of Woodstock at the hammerhead TO noted that all hydrants must be installed on the upslope side of the street TO indicated that 3 or 4 hydrants would be required on Leicester GV noted that installation of water service and hydrants on Leicester would take about 6 months TO mentioned that he has received an from street services regarding the paving of Woodstock. JE noted that a portion of Woodstock was recently paved MD noted that after resurfacing, no cuts into street are allowed for one year. All services should be installed prior to paving. Page 1 of 2

7 abrahams+eyster architects GV noted that street width with parking on one side would need to be 36', however, if parking restrictions are posted, the width can be 20 feet. Provide 3 on either side of the street for curb, gutter, retaining wall and planting strip, for a total of 26 street dedication AK noted a preference for a 20 street width. JE added that a smaller street would make the retaining walls lower. JE suggested that the street width could vary in order to accommodate some street parking while minimizing street with and retaining walls on the steepest slopes. GV noted that this would be possible as long as it is designed so as not to appear ambiguous or confusing to drivers GV noted that a legal turn-around would need to be 70 in diameter. A hammerhead would be smaller GV noted that although the retaining wall ordinance only covers residential lots, the City has been known to apply it to street works as well AK suggested that a parking area could be built at the end of the street. GV cited concern about excessive parking during parties TO noted that there is a 'vacated' area at the end of Woodstock, which connects it to the Mount Olympus cul-de-sac GV noted that to begin work on the road, Civil as-builts would be required and additional funds would need to be paid into the account TO stated that he would like to see Woodstock paved MD noted that a new water line on Leicester would cost around 175 dollars per linear foot AK suggested that the five existing houses could be screened using trees, and that this might satisfy the neighbors concerns about their unsightly appearance AK asked about getting a variance to permit the five existing homes to remain as built. GV responded that that would then open all bureaus to asking for additional restrictions. This, I consider to be an accurate summary of items discussed.
