6 disassemble wheel starting position remove Wheel Cap remove Wheel Fastener remove Wheel from Swivel result 6

7 reassemble wheel starting position slide Wheel onto Swivel slide Wheel Fastener back in position replace Wheel Cap result 7

8 disassemble swivel starting position remove Swivel Lock with screwdriver pull Swivel out result 8

9 reassemble swivel starting position push Swivel in put Swivel Lock back 5 6 result 9

10 disassemble brake DISASSEMBLE WHEELS (PAGE 6) x starting position turn Brake Plug to the left repeat steps 3 and 4 three times pull Brake Strip out, do not remove completely 10

11 disassemble brake remove Brake Pedal, some force is necessary remove Brake Strip completely result 11

12 reassemble brake starting position - turn chassis up side down reassemble Brake Pedal turn chassis put Brake Spring back in chassis put Brake Click on top of spring 12

13 reassemble brake slide brake pedal back in place test brake pedal, moving back and forth turn chassis up side down 3x slide Brake Strip back in place turn Brake Plugs back up tap Brake Plugs in chassis repeat step 13 and 14 three times 16 REASSEMBLE WHEELS (PAGE 9) 13

14 cleaning brake DISASSEMBLE RIGHT WHEEL (PAGE 6) x starting position turn Brake Plugs to the left repeat steps 3 and 4 three times pull Brake Strip out, do not remove completely slide end of Brake Strip upwards 14

15 cleaning brake clean chassis clean Brake Strip slide Brake Strip back 3x REASSEMBLE WHEEL (PAGE 7) turn Brake Plugs back up tap Brake Plugs in chassis repeat step 13 and 14 three times 15

16 disassemble folding mechanism In case the Hinge Button is damaged, follow steps 3A-B-C 1 2 3! starting position - remove safety bar eject Hinge Button - using bolt and hammer 3A 3B 3C 4 use cloth to protect chassis result 16

17 disassemble folding mechanism remove Hinge Pin (green) place socketspanner (wrench) on Hinge Pin firm tap(s) with hammer 9 10 move chassis parts away from eachother remove Hinge Spring and Cogwheel 17

18 reassemble folding mechanism ATTENTION! use the correct Cogwheel L=left, R=right (as seen when standing behind chassis) place Hinge Spring and Cogwheel push chassis parts on top of eachother place Hinge Pin: used socketspanner (wrench) and hammer, firm tap(s)! place Hinge Pin Plug 18
