2 MEET REXX. MORE FLEXIBLE. MORE EFFICIENT. MORE RELIABLE. Rexx is a flexible and efficient dump truck, able to operate in and out of pit. It has five driving axles and multiple steering axles so it can easily handle gradients of at least 12% and has a turning circle of just 13.5 metres. Designed for easy maintenance and operation, Rexx can transport a 160 tonne payload 35kms - more than four times the distance of conventional dump trucks - eliminating the need for mobile processing plants and ROM stockpiling. Rexx travels at standard operating speeds of 60km p/h. Rexx is more cost efficient, and because it s a 20-wheel all-drive vehicle, Rexx delivers on reliability too

3 PRODUCTION Built for the long haul, Rexx can transport a 160 tonne payload 35km, four times the distance of conventional dump trucks. The increased travel distance reduces the need for mobile processing plants, extra loading facilities and multiple stockpiles. FLEXIBILITY With a range of 35km at least four times further than conventional dump trucks - Rexx can be used in-pit, out-of-pit, on ore or overburden. DRIVABILITY Rexx delivers increased comfort and intuitive controls, which helps reduce driver fatigue and ergonomic risk factors. FOUR TIMES THE RANGE OF CONVENTIONAL DUMP TRUCKS. RUNS COOL With its diesel engine and standard tyres, Rexx has a lower operating temperature, which means it can run longer without stopping to cool down. EVEN LOAD DISTRIBUTION Even loading on tyres reduces tyre temperatures, which results in longer travel times and less wear and tear. LOWER FUEL CONSUMPTION MEANS ONE RE-FUEL PER 12HR SHIFT With on-demand power that lowers fuel consumption and the capacity to carry enough fuel for a 12 hour shift, Rexx eliminates the downtime needed for refuelling

LESS DOUBLE HANDLING Rexx can be loaded by standard front end loaders and any excavators, including large excavators, and is designed to tip into any existing mine hoppers or to ground. AGILITY STEERING Our multiple axle steering system and the 1.9m width allows for Rexx to manoeuvre through smaller spaces it has a turning circle of 13.5m and utilises lower strength and narrower roads. LOWER FUEL CONSUMPTION The on demand, dual powered engines reduce downtime and reduce fuel consumption without compromising on power. VEHICLE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM 06 Rexx is fitted with three vehicle management systems. OSCAR (Operational System Capture Analysis Reporting) was developed in house to capture operational data from daily vehicle timesheets to help improve operational efficiencies and reporting to client on contract KPIs; BISTRACK, a GPS tracking and fleet management solution, which feeds directly into the vehicle s Canbus data for an overview of performance and into our maintenance system. And TALON, a speed monitoring and alerting system with direct in-cab feedback to the driver on site speed zones, points of interest and gazetted road speed zones. 07

Engineered for the future using finite element analysis techniques and 3D modelling, it was manufactured using the latest fabrication technology and to the strictest quality control measures. OPERATOR REQUIREMENTS Rexx simplifies fleet and maintenance strategies while maximising volume efficiencies by removing the need for additional infrastructure costs and support equipment, and avoiding the need for ROM stockpiles thanks to its extended range capability. Because Rexx is more flexible, it can easily handle a wider range of jobs from overburden and out-of-pit ore haulage to longer ore haulage

It was a key focus in the design of Rexx. WE DON T LEAVE ANYTHING TO CHANCE. BISCAM ROLL OVER PROTECTION With four on-board cameras - two either side of the vehicle looking to the rear, one forward facing camera and one in-cab facing camera - Biscam captures and records all environmental events to a solid state drive that can be downloaded remotely. The cab has been designed with Rollover Protection Systems (ROPS) and Falling Object Protection Systems (FOPS). With a cab height of just 2.4m from the ground compared to the 6m- 7m on conventional haul trucks, Rexx also delivers a reduced fall risk. FATIGUE MANAGEMENT S Y S T E M Safety is paramount. That s why Rexx is designed with world-class technology including a fatigue-detecting system and GPS driver monitoring system. SUSPENSION The suspension system has been designed to allow for a quicker response time and provide a smoother ride for driver comfort
