INGETEAM offers the ideal solution for both worlds: the INGEREV GARAGE Basic range that is equipped with a vehicle connection cable, making charging cleaner and more convenient. This charging station features a steel and aluminium housing, designed to withstand the most demanding environments. This dual equipment range has been designed to cover all e-vehicle charging demands in public and private areas alike. 8 THE RAPID MULTI-STANDARD Thanks to the increasingly greater operating ranges, e-vehicles have a growing presence on the roads, for journeys that are getting longer and longer. For this reason, it is essential to have charging networks based on rapid charger. These charging networks require rapid charging equipment that meets the requirements of all the necessary standards, while it must also offer advanced power management capabilities, latest generation communications and high reliability levels. INGEREV RAPID 50 is the ideal multi-standard rapid charging point for service stations and fleets with a high turnover. It is compatible with all current fast charging standards, CHAdeMO, CCS and Type 2 Mode 3 43 kw, making it the ideal solution for charging all types of electric vehicles. The INGEREV RAPID 50 Trio offers the possibility of simultaneous AC and DC charging, with dynamic power management between both sockets and even between various RAPID units in the same installation. 10 MAXIMUM USE OF Dynamic Load Management 2.0 (DLM 2.0) is the latest generation dynamic management system for the INGEREV range of e-vehicle charging points. It is supplied as standard in the FUSION and RAPID 50 models. DLM 2.0 allows all the charging points to share the total power defined for the equipment in the most balanced and dynamic way possible, also permitting the interconnection of a group of charging points and the definition of a maximum power output for the whole group. This ensure that the assigned threshold is never exceeded, regardless of the number of vehicles charging simultaneously. It is therefore possible to optimize the use of the existing installation, which may be limited by the contracted power available, the power handling capability due to the cable section, or any other constraint. Additionally, the consumption of the rest of the installation can be taken into account through the EMS (Energy Management System) in order to dynamically change the overall total power of the DLM 2.0 DLM BASICS DLM 2.0 dynamically manages the power of each socket in the installation, based on the number of sockets in operation, the types of sockets or connectors used at each charging point and the current actually demanded by each vehicle. This is all evaluated in real time every second. It is a dynamic, adaptive system, given the fact that if one of the vehicles is not consuming the current assigned by the system then, after a given time, the current not being consumed is assigned to the rest of the vehicles connected, for maximum use of the power. It is possible to choose to prioritize those vehicles connecting in Mode 3 over those connecting through a domestic socket in Modes 1 + 2, or vice versa. Moreover, the operating time of the domestic sockets can be limited, as these are non-adjustable loads. It is also possible to combine AC (three phase and single phase) points with DC points in the same group of charging points. 10
