The photo shows the skater base unit, equipped with a 180 series tool, walking stick and edge guide with rollers. The new BeA Skater tool, allows fasteners to be driven consistently and accurately in all wall-panel, shed-building and similar applications. The optional extended handle makes the tool an option for job-site applications as well. Pushing or pulling the tool across the work-surface actuates the tool in pre-set distances to deliver a consistent, accurate and quick result, without the cost associated with fully automating a facility. Two handles allow the tool to be moved over the work-surface. One handle extends allowing the tool to be pulled/pushed over larger distances, making the work much more comfortable for the operator. The solid construction and alignment guide allow for straight movement enhanced by four non-marking wheels. The optional handle-extension allows the tool to be operated by a single operator, while walking on top of the work-surface. The distance between shots is easily adjustable with a simple push-button mechanism. The comprehensive safety-mechanism does not allow the tool to be shot when lifted off the table. Single shots close to the edge can be fired, even without the tool being in motion. Both handles are equipped with a doubletrigger, eliminating accidental shots. 19 BeA Autotec -Customized stationary tools More info at: wwww.beafastenersusa.com/autotec When it comes to stationary or repetitive fastening, the usual approach is to mount a hand-held tool by designing a mounting fixture, acquire a remotevalve and integrate the tooling into an existing system. Key issues that are created using this approach are: limited shot frequency and load volumes, as well as having to find a tool that can be reloaded given the parameters of the machine set up. BeA's German-made Autotec tools overcome these issues. The custom design allows the tools to be purpose -built. All set-up parameters such as dimensional restrictions are taken into account and the Autotec tool built to fit into the manufacturer's set up. Different magazine types afford effortless reloading, even while the tool is operating. Four engine sizes always provide adequate drive power, fastening speeds of up to 12 shots per second do not create a bottleneck as often encountered with hand-held set-ups. For full system integration, BeA's Autotec tools can be equipped with supervisory sensors to provide status feedback, such as load volumes or positive fastener placement. BeA Autotec tools are available for all BeA fasteners from pins/brads, to staples and nails. The industrial design of the tools limits service calls. Shipments/Backorders All shipments will be made FOB from the warehouse (Greensboro, NC), unless noted otherwise. Orders may be shipped freight collect with your account number or will be pre-pay and add. All damages in transit MUST be noted and signed by driver AT TIME OF DELIVERY. The carrier who delivers merchandise to your door is responsible for loss and damages. All damages must be noted and filed IMMEDIATELY upon delivery. We can offer to air-freight any non-warehoused tool for a flat fee of $25.00 per tool (from Germany to BeA warehouse). Please contact BeA customer service to advise on how to handle back-orders/incomplete shipments for your account (hold unitl complete, or release immediately). Each shipment with the exception of parts will be subject to individual freight charges. Returns All returns must be approved by a BeA representative. Products returned to BeA USA without a RGA are not eligible for credit or refund. Receiving a RGA number does not warrant credit or the returned purchases, as all all returned goods must be current, unused, and in resalable condition. A credit note will not be issued unless all statements above are met. All items returned 45 days after purchase are subject to a 20% restock fee (except parts). All transportation charges must be paid by the buyer, All shipments must be made via the same method as orginally shipped by BeA USA. The same packaging principles must be applied (double boxing for parts, tools and individual cases of fasteners), shrink-wrapping and strapping for full skids. BeA does not accept collect shipments. All special order items, including Autotec tools cannot be returned for credit. All parts returns are subject to a 30% restock fee, some parts cannot be returned (as indicated by the order confirmation). All returns after are subject to approval. Parts Shipments/Minimum order Parts orders are subject to the following freight charges (from Germany to US location): Order value less than $50.00: freight $12.50 Order value more than $50.00: freight $25.00 No additional freight charge on partial shipments (back orders). For non-contiguous US locations the UPS fee from Greensboro, NC will be added to the charges stated above. We do not stock parts in the US, ordering parts on Monday will ensure their arrival in NC on Friday of that week. Parts orders ship from Germany on Wednesday, the full re-stock fee applies for cancellations after Tuesday. Unless stated otherwise, the minimum order is one case per SKU. Demo Tools provides tools for trials and demos under the following conditions: Issue a P/O for the full value of the tool. All freight charges (in- and outbound are to be paid by the distributor). Tools can be returned for full credit (less S&H) after obtaining a RGA number as long as they are returned in current and resalable condition, including packaging and manuals. Sale will be considered final after 45 days of shipment. Special Orders/Autotec In addition to the product in our price book, we can offer a vast array of special order products. However these items, including all Autotec tools are non-returnable. This applies to tools, fasteners and spare-parts.
