PRICES List prices are effective on the date appearing on the cover and are subject to change without notice. Prices shown herein are subject to discounts in effect at the time orders are acknowledged in writing. Errors or omissions are subject to correction. All quoted jobs must clearly reference the estimate number on purchase orders in order to receive the correct quoted price. 3. FREIGHT All orders are F.O.B. factory Prepaid freight will be shipped using the carrier of our choice when a specific carrier is not referenced. 4. TERMS All terms must be negotiated directly with First Choice Building Products, Inc. 5. ORDER ENTRY All orders received will be entered and acknowledged within 24 hours (orders sent Friday may take until the following Monday to be acknowledged). If your acknowledgment is not received then please assume we did not receive your order and resend it / call us. The acknowledgment will include the Due Date which is the date we will ship your order from our factory. 6. Minimum Orders No minimum order requirements. 7. Returns All Returned Goods Authorizations (RGAs) must be requested directly from First Choice Building Products, Inc. All return shipments must reference a valid RGA number. Freight costs to return goods are not paid for by First Choice Building Products, Inc. unless previously authorized. All goods must be returned to First Choice Building Products, Inc. within 60 days of the RGA authorization date in the same condition as the original order left our factory (less they be subjected to reevaluation of stocking fee). For all RGAs involving a request for a replacement, First Choice will invoice the replacement in full and the customer will be held responsible for the cost. Once the RGA item/s are received and inspected by First Choice the appropriate credit will be issued. 8. CLAIMS All claims as to errors or shortages must be reported in writing with 15 days from receipt of order. 9. PRODUCTS CHANGES First Choice Building Products, Inc. reserves the right to makes changes or improvements in the design, material, parts or specifications; as well as to discontinue products at any time. 10. LIMITED WARRANTY First Choice warrants that products manufactured by us will be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of two years from date of invoice. First Choice shall not be liable for any repairs, replacements, or adjustments to the products or any costs of labor performed by the purchaser or others without First Choice Building Products, Inc. s prior written approval. First Choice makes no other warranty or representation of any kind whatsoever, expressed or implied, except that of title, and all other implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are hereby disclaimed.
