General practices as outlined by Asphalt Institute publications should be followed in mixing, placing and compacting the hot asphalt mix. More information can be provided by REGIONAL upon request. CLEANING The asphalts can be removed from equipment and tools with kerosene or gasoline COVERAGE Depends on the mix design. HEALTH & SAFETY Workers should wear protective masks, gloves and goggles during application. PRECAUTIONS Care should be taken when heating NEAT ASPHALTS to avoid over heating PACKING NEAT ASPHALT grades can be supplied in bulk, 200, 180 or 145 kg drums. Special packing are available upon request. STORAGE Store in suitable tanks supplies with heating system. Neat asphalt should never be stored at more than 150ºC. 1
