Extension kits offer privacy and height options for sitting and/or standing variations. Extension kits are available in tackable fabrics, laminate, and frosted or clear tempered glass. Laminate end-ofrun panels add a finishing touch. Intelli Beam s modular design make it easy to specify. Simply start the run and add-on with two leg choices - post or t-leg. Run power/data from a base feed kit up and into the Intelli Beam system. Punch outs on beam provide easy access for power and a center knockout for data. 2 NTELLI BEAM - NOTES I GENERAL INFORMATION Freestanding beam delivers power at 3 heights - 24, 30, 36 Extensions add fabric, laminate or glass division (available in 6, 12 and 18 H) Frameless privacy glass available at 6, 9 and 12 H For use with height adjustable or fixed training tables Global laminate products are in compliance with stringent emission guidelines set out by the Greenguard Environmental Institute under the standards for low emitting products and materials. Level 3 Certified BEAM INFORMATION All metal components are painted with environmentally friendly epoxy powder Raceway interiors are coated with recycled epoxy powder The entire Intelli Beam product line and the processes used to manufacture it are designed to save and protect the environment. Intelli Beam is made from recycled materials and is 100% recyclable. Modules conform to CGSB and ANSI/BIFMA standards Modules have a steel frame and are thick Leveling glides extend 1.25 long INTELLI BEAM OPTIONS Powered raceway modules are available in the following heights: 24, 30, 36 All raceways come in (7) sizes: 36, 42, 48, 54, 60, 66 and w modules include (1) 30 and (1) 36 Intelli Beam raceway 72 w modules include (2) 36 Intelli Beam raceways EXTENSION MODULES Attaches to the top of raceway Offered in 6, 12 and 18 heights Can be stacked up to 42 H above a finished floor (A.F.F.) EXTENSION MODULE OPTIONS Tackable fabric Glazed - clear or frosted tempered glass Laminate FRAMELESS PRIVACY GLASS Integrated into top trim Available in clear or frosted tempered glass 6, 9 and 12 high RECONFIGURATION Extension modules can be modified on site by replacing fabric modules with Glazed or Laminate at any time after the initial installation Fabric can be replaced easily; using pre-cut segments of fabric, a drawstring (C-Jex) is sewn in around the edges. Then a rubber spline is used to screen the fabric in place. Contact Customer Care for part # s and pricing if required. VOICE/DATA AND ELECTRICAL POWER NOTE: module and electric components are CSA/UL approved. Tools are not required to install electrical in the Evolve Panel System. Voice and Data can be run at the following level: Power beam - 24, 30 or 36 H Dealer to provide data components ADDITIONAL DATA AND ELECTRIC OPTIONS Desktop modules are available to install on the worksurface for electric, data and USB (via Productivity Solutions - see page 502) Vertical basefeed cover provides entry for the standard or NY infeed ELECTRIC INFORMATION Electric can be run in the power beam module: 8-Wire, 4-Circuit Capability 2 Utility + 2 Dedicated Circuits 10 Gauge (oversized) Neutrals. All circuits can support up to 20 amps (15 CSA). Controlled circuit duplexes and USB duplexes available. RACEWAY INFORMATION Raceway knockouts sizes conform to the ANSI/TIA/EIA Furniture Opening Standard of 1.38 x 2.71 at the base and Beltline. Power beam modules wide include raceway covers with three knockouts. Power beam modules 66 wide include raceway covers with five knockouts. Power beam modules 72 wide include raceway covers with six knockouts. Standard data face mount plates can be used without the need of adapter plates (supplied by others). Center knockouts in raceway covers are for data only.
