2 Calobri was founded in 1948 in Settimo Milanese (Milan), Italy and is part of the OMB group since The plant is 4,500 sqm and equipped with CNC machines and assembly and test benches specilized for medium and large size linear valves. The plant is ISO9001 qualified and certified to API 6D, API600 and API6A. Calobri production range includes: Pressure seal gate, globe and check valves Forged steel gate, globe and check valves Slab and Expanding throughtconduit gate valves, cast and forged Slab and Expanding throughtconduit gate valves, fabbricated Axial check valves 2

3 OMB Valves is a family owned and operated valves manufacturer founded by Roberto Brevi in 1973 in Bergamo, Italy. We operate 8 plants worlwide and a network of service centers with a recognized track record in the oil & gas field. 4 Plant layout Calobri operates in a 8,000 sqm total area. Total covered area is sqm. Highly specialized in linear rising stem valves. 4

5 Machining & Testing Calobri operates with state of the art manufacturing equipments specially built for the production of valves. Our manufacturing capacity is extended with a network of locally based machining shops which allows us to mantain a flexible structure in line with the requirements of the ever changing need of the industries we serve. High pressure gas testing In house maching Calobri owns a wide range of testing and inspection centers which allows us to verify the performances of all the valves we supply to the latest international standards. We have in-house capabilities to test valves to API6A class (gas test) up to 7. All test procedures can be witnessed and verified by thrird paty insepction agencies. 5

9 Pressure Seal Calobri offers forged steel Pressure seal valves for the Oil & Gas, Power and Petrochemical services up to 30. Forged Pressure Seal valves are preferred for severe services and have higher long-term reliability. Service to nominal pressure up to class 4500# and 550 C. 11 Through Conduit Calobri offers pipeline gate valves for the oil & gas field services, drilling, pipeline transportation, distribution, and storage. Cast or Fabricated design are available up to 48. Cast or forged design allows the choice of body and trim materials including regular and low temperature materials or any kind of stainless or exotic nickel alloys material. All valves are supplied from Italian raw material vendors Trough conduit valves can be supplied both as per API 6D or API 6A design. Available configuration includes: - Slab type (cast and forged), - Expanding gate (cast and forged), - Pipeline slab type (fabricated) - Pipeline expanding type (fabricated) All valves can be supplied manual or actuated 11

13 Axial Check Calobri offers products made from forged or casting material sources from the most qualified suppliers. We offer Axial check in different material configurations :Carbon Steels, Stainless Steels, Duplex and Super-Duplex and all the main CRAs for severe oil & gas applications. All our products are made from forged or casting material sources from the most qualified Italian steel suppliers. Dimensions: from DN 2 to 48 Pressure rating as per API6D from to. 15 Gate, Globe and Check Calobri offers valves manufactured to : ISO API 602 from ½ to 4 API 600 Gate valves from 2 up to 24 API 623 globe valves from 2 up to 24 All valves are supplied from Italian forging or cast material. All valves can be supplied valves with API 622 packing and API 624 tested or ISO15848 certified. Calobri production started in 1948 and now includes a wide range of materials from austenitic stainless steel, low temperature carbon steel and high temperature Cr-Mo alloyed material; all exotics nickel based materials are available as well. We stock large volume of forgings in order to meet fast track deliveries. 15

17 Modular DBB Calobri can offer modular DBB valves for critical applications where cost, weight and space saving are essential. Modular block-and-bleed valves are mainly used for cost and space savings reason in exotic materials. Our design allows the pressure take-off points from the bleed area without any increase of dimension and weight. 19 Ball Valves Calobri offers a wide range of trunnion mounted ball valves for the oil & gas industry. We can offer side entry, top entry and fully welded ball valves both manually operated or automated for any on-off service. We can supply a wide range of material for pressure retaining parts and trim components. Our production range for trunnion from 1 to 24 from ASME class trough. Calobri also produces different kind of floating ball valves with reduced and full bore in a wide range of sizes. Both port types are available with threaded, socket weld, and butt weld ends. 19
