Phase down (shortage of supply, price) Bans on equipment Art. 11 / Annex III No placing on the market of precharged equipment without a quota authoriozation/declaration of conformity as from 1 January 2017 (Art. 14 para 1) Provisions on Labelling and Equipment information in instruction manuals and descriptions for advertising (Art. 12) No sale to end users of non hermetically sealed equipment without evidence of installation by a certified undertaking (Art. 11 para 5) 2.
