Eligibility of Applicants: The Import of Goods based on cooling system can be conducted by all applicants who has the Importer Identity Number (API). Technical Verification: The technical verification shall be conducted to every importation of the said products at the loading port. It would be conducted by Surveyor assigned by the Minister. The technical verification covers research and investigation on following data or information: - Name and Address of Importer and Exporter; - type, HS Code (10 Digit), and its description; - type and refrigerant specification used in the goods; - quantity, volume, or weight; - country of origin; - destination country and loading port; - port of destination. Realization Report: The company that import the goods based on cooling system shall submit the import realization report to Director General of Foreign Trade, Ministry of Trade. The report shoul be submitted every 3 months no later than the 15th day of the first month of the first quarter electronically through the website Inspection: The Directorate General of Consumer Protections and Trade Compliance conducts the inspection and monitoring periodically and/or anytime to the importation of the goods based on cooling system. The inspection is conducted to the import requirements and other supporting documents. The monitoring is conducted to the import realization report, the goods conformity (between the goods imported with the data in the Import Approval), and the regulatory compliance. Penalty Disciplines: The sanctions for the incompliance on the provisions of import

The company infringing the provisions related to the list of products, and the technical verification will be subject to the revocation of the Importer Identification Number (API) and/or other sanctions based on laws, as well as put into the list of importer under survaillance. The imported goods based on cooling system which does not comply to the provisions under the regulation shall be withdrawn and destroyed by the importer.
