EDUARD JANUARY 2007 UPCOMING RELEASES January 7th, 2006 KITS FIRST, as usual Our kits run pretty well all this year and I hope it would be in the same fashion in 2007.

Bf 110 is far in the manufacturing process right now, I expect the first boxing could be released in August, 2007.

1 EDUARD JANUARY 2007 UPCOMING RELEASES January 7th, 2006 KITS FIRST, as usual Our kits run pretty well all this year and I hope it would be in the same fashion in We are working hard on new hits, and our Messerschmitt Bf 110 family, in our best 1/48 th scale, looks very nice, which should give us even better sales than Fw 190. Bf 110 is far in the manufacturing process right now, I expect the first boxing could be released in August, The kit itself will be introduced in Nürnberg in early February, and it will be one of the main displayed new in our stand. However, we have more interesting kits scheduled for 2007 in our pocket, so you can expect much more than the single 110 on the displays. Our plan for 2007 is to have at least one big shot. Second quarter will see new 1/48 th scale Avia B-534, Czech pre-war and early war biplane fighter. This item is targeted to our domestic market, and we don t expect so great sales like with Fw 190, of course. Nevertheless, I m sure this kit will be welcomed by all WW II fans, it should well complete their collections. Another thing is, that this kit brings some new highlights in the engineering of the kits which will catch modelers eyes. It is always useful, not only for the actual kit but for many future projects too. Bf 110 will be introduced in third quarter, with Bf 110D in the first boxing. There will be a Royal Class edition kit based on the Bf 110, and it is expected in the fourth quarter. The Christmas period will meet another great release, 1/48 th scale F6F Hellcat. Two main versions will be released step by step, F6F- 3 and F6F-5, with Royal Class boxing in Bf 110 D SPAD XIII. Early version Except these main releases, we have many others, smaller projects, like WW I 1/48 th scale SPAD XIII, Fokker E.III and Fokker Dr.I, there will be also many LIMITED EDITION and WEEKEND kits. KITS IN JANUARY The first is the second edition of the 8173 Fw 190A-8. There is no change against the first edition in this one, and I expect the good sales will continue. The suggested retail price remains US $ 39,95. The big new is the 1/48 th scale Ilyushin Il-2M Shturmovik. The kit basses on the Accurate Miniatures kit, with Eduard color photo-etch set. Available marking options are five, all very colorful. So you can see this kit has the same concept like the Yak-1 / Yak-1b boxing, which was extremely successful. The last Yak-1b kit was out of stock within three day, which was never seen before! Il-2M is released in ORANGE edition, boxes are available. The suggested retail price amount US $ 49,95, and I guess it brings great value for the money, which will help to the good sales.

Ilyushin Il-2M Shturmovik Messerschmitt Me 262B The third January release is all new 1/144 scale Messerschmitt Me 262B. This kit comes in DUAL COMBO packing, with two kits inside.

This Me 262B is double seater, the classic single seat fighter will come in March, 2007, also in DUAL COMBO packing. The suggested retail price amount US $ 9,95.

This kit will be in the DUAL COMBO packing, with four marking option and the sheet of PE details on the former Profipack level.

Please book this release as soon as possible, the edition is limited, 2000 pcs only. The US retail will be US $ 165,-.

2 Ilyushin Il-2M Shturmovik Messerschmitt Me 262B The third January release is all new 1/144 scale Messerschmitt Me 262B. This kit comes in DUAL COMBO packing, with two kits inside. The marking options are four, with two night fighters and two fighter-trainers. The kit contains small sheet of PE details, with nose radar aerials. This Me 262B is double seater, the classic single seat fighter will come in March, 2007, also in DUAL COMBO packing. The suggested retail price amount US $ 9,95. KITS IN THE REST OF THE FIRST QUARTER There is the 1/72 nd scale SPAD XIII early version in the LIMITED EDITION for the February. This kit will be in the DUAL COMBO packing, with four marking option and the sheet of PE details on the former Profipack level. The February list will be completed with two WEEKEND kits, 1/48 th scale Roland C.II and Nieuport 16. March will bring the great Fw 190A-8 ROYAL CLASS kit. Please book this release as soon as possible, the edition is limited, 2000 pcs only. The US retail will be US $ 165,-. The second March release will be the Messerschmitt Me 262A in 1/144 th scale, in the DUAL COMBO boxing. 1/72 nd scale Nieuport 17, originally expected in February, is moved to April, when it will be released together with 1/48 th scale I-16 type 10 in Spanish service. Both kits will be in DUAL COMBO boxing too. I-16 type 10 Spanish Nieuport 17 PHOTOETCHED SETS IN JANUARY January photo-etch collection seems to be absolutely exciting, especially concerning the aircraft sets. There are two sets of color placards for the Bf 109G-6 and P-40B in the 1/24 scale, which is a premiere. Our previous 1/24 th scale sets were the seatbelts sets only. Two sets are in the 1/32 nd scale, both are designed for Hasegawa Bf 109G-14. These sets are redesigned to color shape and replace the older, classic fashioned sets. There is the single 1/32 nd ZOOM release too, representing the Bf 109K dashboard. The most interesting is the 1/48h scale collection and I recommend you to study this list well, there are good pieces, potential great sellers. See the three sets for Trumpeter s Wellington, Wellington Mk.I bomb bay, Wellington Mk.I bomb tail and Wellington seatbelts. Especially the bomb bay sets is huge, with great details. Yes, the price is exceptionally high, but it is not expected this should decrease the sales. Our experience is opposite, these big sets are usually the bestsellers. These are first part of the Wellington sets, the second one with two interior sets, exterior set and landing flap set will come in February.
